Sakuran. A private inn for one group. Free parking on site * Check your reply after making a request
Staying here feels like having a cozy home in Bizen City. The facilities provided by the host are very well equipped. The environment of the room is very lovely and comfortable. And I really love the bathroom, clean and big. Arigato gozaimasu🙏

This guest house is a renovated traditional house in the castle town of Tatsuno. This is a male-only dormitory room.
We stayed here to participate in the Himeji Castle Marathon. Check-in and checkout are prompt and polite! Especially despite checking out at 5 o'clock, they even saw us off. The owner is gentle, polite, and friendly. The amenities of the accommodation were as advertised, and I felt very clean. The neighborhood was surrounded by the charming townscape of Hon Tatsuno, and it was a worthwhile place to walk around. If you are confident in your fitness, you may want to aim for the summit of Mt. Hirano. My personal recommendation is the sunset!

A private inn with a scent of wood, renovated with natural materials | Fujino Guest House
The best place! Beautifully designed and comfy. A nice nights rest. The area is beautiful. Definitely need a sunrise walk. Communication was great and they were so friendly!

Best for groups (Breakfast included)
We spent a night at Shuji and his wife's house. We were very well received in a nice house arranged with taste and care. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. We recommend!

An old house in a forest where you can stay with a large dog
Very cozy homestay! There is a very, very cute Bernese mountain dog ~ The cat went out to play, so I didn't see it.The owner's family is very warm, and they drove to pick us up on rainy days. Thank you very much.Very satisfied with this stay.(The dog is really, really, really, really, really cute!)

Countryside experience with vegetarian breakfast
This place (and Hiromi in particular) should get six stars, I had the most amazing time. She is so friendly and welcoming and went out of her way to show me the town, plus gave great suggestions for activities. Not to mention her cooking is delicious. The house has plenty of places to relax: the hammock, the deck to watch sunset, the small library on the 2nd floor. Having a car would be more convenient, although I didn't have one and I still had a great time. There are hikes nearby and the house is super close to a local station; you can catch the 1-car magical purple-starred train to visit other villages. I ate some dinners at the house (for an extra charge, which was totally worth it because the food was amazing) and over the course of the week met some of Hiromi's family and friends. Those were my favorite moments. It's one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed at. If you want something quiet, surrounded by nature, in a town filled with genuine people, this is the place.

[Limited to 1 group · Heal with a starry sky and mountain view] Old house guest house
A wonderful stay in a clean and peaceful home with beautiful surroundings and a stunning view. The house is an amazing old Japanese-style building, full of charm and character. It was quiet and relaxing throughout our visit. The host was very kind and caring, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

③ 270-year-old house in the quiet mountains of Tottori (dormitory)
Amazing countryside experience. The host is very friendly and owns two very cute cats. The house is of traditional japanese style, so it's perfect if you want to try that out! It's a little bit tricky to reach (unless you have a car) but the host gives very clear instructions and help on how to easily get transportation. The surrounding cedar forests are stuningly beautiful and have plenty of hiking paths, and I also highly recomend to go through the nearby tunnel at dawn (NOT at night). The spooky ambience and sounds in there really are something!
