Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sayulita

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

Beautiful property with classic charm and lush gardens. We felt we were in our own private oasis. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable, clean, and pretty. Bring earplugs. The roosters start early and are relentless!

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

Mairead and her darling children were wonderful hosts. It was truly a gem of a find, the views from the top bedroom are second to none. And the property itself was so stunning the only downside was that it made it hard to ever want to leave. Mairead and Chris were such gracious hosts, very communicative and attentive to any questions/needs. Hope we have the chance to come back again some day and share the magical space with friends.

Great place, great location, great host

Nice apartment, it has everything for a pleasant stay. Regarding the pool, it could not be used much since we noticed the water was a little cloudy (green) and with a lot of algae. Maybe a little more cleaning would be perfect. Everything else was great, everything to be comfortable inside the apartment. We brought a car, so you must look for parking since they do not have any, but it is not a big issue. We had a great time with the host. There are more apartments and rooms within the grounds, it is preferable that guests keep their belongings so that they are not confused with things loaned by the host.

We arrived at night, there was little lighting when we arrived and the cell phone signal was a little weak to have good contact with the host. I recommend arriving on the first day while there is still light. From there, more facilities, view, comfort, cleanliness, wifi, location 10/10, recommended!

The most beautiful views we have ever seen at an Airbnb. The staff was very accommodating and the neighborhood felt safe. We hopefully be back one day to stay here!

Nice space, conveniently located and very comfortable with everything needed for a fun stay in Sayulita.

I've been to sayulita a few times, so I know the town well. that's why I picked this airbnb, it's a perfect location that balances walkability and peace and quiet. place inside was even better than the photos. Great stay.

We had a Lovely stay and everything was amazing + with a view! We watch beautiful sunrises! We really enjoy our vacations and we felt really safe walking around with the kids! Ben and David were proactive and supportive throughout the stay! We tried most of their local suggestions. Thank you again 🙏🏽

We loved staying at Brady’s place! My fiance and I booked a last minute trip and Brady was able to accommodate us quickly. We loved the place and would 100% stay there again!

Everything was perfect! François gave us very good tips for our stay and we had a phenomenal time. The house is very nice and the pool is great! I highly recommend it, we'll be back:)
