The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

Estamos en una de las calles principales, los mejores restaurantes, bares, boutiques , farmacia, tiendas de alimentos a solo unos pasos caminando, también tienes el mar y el punto de surf a 300 metros. No es recomendable si quieres tener un descanso temprano, piénsese que Sayulita tiene mucha vida y puede haber siempre movimiento en sus calles.

The apartment is located in the north of Sayulita, about 150 meters from the beach. (Excellent area). The apartment is in optimal conditions of use, hot water, outdoor kitchen, wi-fi and AC. It is a local neighborhood, to get to Studio Paraiso # you must go up stairs (20) since it is the last apartment in the complex, very safe and quiet at the same time.
