Jølet! Imagine lying suspended above the ground on a bed of rushing water with stars in your eyes! That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

"The blue nest" Solbakken Microhouse

Enjoy the nature and the views you get when you get up to the top of this newly built Microhouse. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. Der kan du senke skuldrene, nyte suset fra elven og logge av fra kjas og mas. Gode komfortable senger (1 dobbeltseng, 1 enkeltseng og mulighet for å sette opp 1 ekstra seng), myke varme dyner og puter, saueskinn og vedfyrt ovn. Trenger du et forfriskende bad, kan du ta det i en de mange kulpene ved elven som renner ved campen.

But to put it straight at once; -this is a dead simple shack almost sliding into the breaking waves of the dark deep lake full of annoying trout wakes and paralyzing wet whisper under the floorboards to seduce you straight into nirvana... unless the awkwardly kitschy sunsets starts feeding your insomnia. But don't panic, you will not experience something like this every day. So every minute counts...

Glamping Nordland - Dome - Arctic light

The Domes are placed above a garden where raspberries are grown. The Domes are in nature with a fantastic view of the mountains and the fjord. You can see the sky from your bed. During the winter you might even see stars, the moon – or the northern lights? Homemade breakfast with fresh bread and local products is served in a refurbished barn. The Domes are without electricity, but wood for heating is provided. WC, shower, electricity and WiFi are provided in the barn - 100 m walk.
