Beautiful location on the water with stunning views, tranquil and peaceful with plenty of osprey and bald eagle sightings (there is a nest across the bay on Pettingill Island visible from the property). The house is very well-appointed and well-decorated. Irena was very communicative and responsive, and the house directions are clear and complete. We would stay there again. Thank you!

Incredible experience! We traveled from SC for our youngest son’s wedding. From the time we walked into this place when we found a box of doughnuts & a personalized message about the wedding until we checked out late because we needed some extra time . . . and on top of all this Krystal shared her number & we communicated with her & she was always responsive. Again, I say, Incredible experience! You should definitely consider a stay at this place while in Old Orchard Beach. Thank you, Krystal!

We had such a great stay here! The house is in a beautiful location on a super cute lake and we were able to sit outside and go on the paddle boat. Amy was super responsive and helpful. The house was very comfortable and clean! Would definitely stay again.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

This is our third time staying at Stacey's rental because we love it so much! It's the perfect size for our family and our friends to spend the weekend together. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and there is a ton to do just a short drive in any direction from the house. We look forward to our stay and are always sad to leave!

This beautiful lake front home was a great space for our group (8 adults, 1 infant, dog)! Plenty of space for everyone to gather, inside or outside. Lake amenities were such a plus! Carl and other co-hosts were so responsive leading up to our stay and during!

Accomodations exactly as shown in pictures. Kitchen is definitely well equipped with all of the essentials and more. Ice cream shop right next door is great and The Lobster Pound on the other side is excellent. You can walk to shops and restaurants downtown but we had no problem finding parking in the evening so we could enjoy the awesome restaurants.

Clean , comfortable...home away from home...would definitely rebook if I revisit Old Orchard Beach Elisa

Very nice place, everything was clean and smelling good, we felt right at home! Comfortable beds except the single one which we could feel the springs. Expensive parking everywhere near the beach, be advised, but free parking at the house. Everyone at the place was friendly. The only thing mmissing would be coffee pods, for the rest, everything was there!

We had a wonderful stay- place was pristine and welcoming, looks exactly like the photos. Of course being closer to water is always great and can’t beat it for the price. Many OOB hotels leave much to be desired and are outrageously expensive for what you get. After some less than stellar experiences, to be somewhere clean, free of bugs and animals was a relief. Easy uber ride or trolley to boardwalk. Definitely would rent there again!

Susan was a truly wonderful host, so gracious, thoughtful and kind. Her home was perfect for my husband and 2 young boys. House was immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy, the 2nd floor rooms had plenty of space and my boys loved the bed nooks on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed the porch chairs at night. Beautiful beach was nearby, and Susan had all the beach items ready for us to enjoy. Lots of excellent dining options within a 5-10min drive and close to Ogunquit downtown. Susan left a book of local recommendations which included all the menus from local restaurants which we found helpful in deciding where to dine. Susan shared excellent recommendations on beaches and local activities and knows the area well. Location was perfect. We would love to come back, thank you so much Susan!

Cottage 2 br, well equipped kitchen and nice extra porch enclosed and furnished beachy decor. Backyard comfortable adirondack chairs for sitting. Near to beach with free parking if spots are available. plenty of restaurants and grocery nearby. Last cottage in the row and was quiet. Pool and hot tub on property. Would rent again.

We loved this home, it’s in a great location but off the beaten path. Private and peaceful with a wonderful fire pit that we enjoyed almost nightly. We traveled with my son and his fiancé so the two suites one up and one down gave us perfect personal space. There was so much to do nearby with great restaurants and shops. Emily gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant called “Earth at Hidden Pond” which was amazing for our anniversary celebration. We could not have asked for anything more, absolutely amazing!

We love Harpswell and Timothy's home is a real gem. The house is beautiful and so comfortable! The view from the deck is absolutely amazing. We had a great week--we especially enjoyed kayaking. Timothy was so friendly and answered all my questions. We hope to return!

This is a perfect spot to stay in Kennebunkport. The space was exactly what we needed for traveling with our 9 month old. It fit us, our stuff, and baby with a travel crib very nicely. The host had a pack and play ready for us to use upon arrival which was very appreciated. We just already had our own with us. The host was very accommodating, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The place was clean and cozy and very walkable to all the food, shops, and sites in town. The location and parking are excellent. We specifically loved having a washer/dryer on our long stay in Maine. It was extremely helpful. Overall loved this spot and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

We stayed a few days at Michael's place and it was perfect for our family of 4. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the A/C units worked great. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs and it and the bathrooms were very clean. The neighborhood the house is in is very quiet and peaceful...and we LOVED that it was just 3/4 mile from the trail around Mackworth Island State Park. We would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a peaceful home in the Portland area.

What a beautiful spot for a lovely weekend with friends. We enjoyed the contrast of exploring Portland, with the 15 min. escape back to this peaceful and beautiful home. This spot has everything you need, is comfortable for a group, and allows you to soak up the natural surroundings and space without being too much of a car ride away from the amazing city that is Portland. Would definitely stay again or even move in if I could :)

Wow- truly impressed! We loved our stay so much we are already wanting to book again this summer. Perfect for my husband, myself, and our 2 year old! Right on the beach, but nestled in a copse of trees so it feels serene and private. Has a lot of charm and VERY clean, from the kitchen right when you walk in (which is loaded with all the cooking tools you will need and a full spice rack), down to the basement with a full size washer and dryer that work great. Linens and towels all smell and feel fresh and clean. A cupboard with lots of games, beach towels provided, hose right outside to rinse off before reentering. The hosts are quick to respond and truly take great care in this space! this really was the perfect stay!

Peter was very friendly and helpful, he responded quickly to questions about checking out. His place was clean and beautiful, and very peaceful. We have friends who live in the area and would definitely stay here again!

Val was wonderful! the place is beautiful and is as advertised. the only issue that we had, was there are abnormally high lips around the transitional areas into different rooms. specifically, going from the main living area to the main bathroom, and going from the dining area to the kitchen. a couple of us stubbed our toes on these transitional areas, however it wasn't bad enough to take away from the fun. we are extremely greatful for Val and her home! would DEFINITELY stay again!!! 10/10
