The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. The apartment is part of a thatched farmhouse from 1850. In 2012, we carefully awakened the Uhlehuus from its slumber and restored it sustainably. The apartment is located in the main house, where we also live, but is completely separated and forms a self-sufficient unit with its own entrance, and its own large terrace with garden. The spacious property is fenced. Your children and your four-legged friends can romp undisturbed and make friends with sheep and goats.

In the area you will find wonderful swimming lakes and very worthwhile small towns such as Ratzeburg or Mölln. In addition, you can drive from here in an hour to: Lüneburg, Hamburg, Schwerin, Rostock or Wismar. Lübeck is just 30 minutes away. In the village itself there are two riding stables and an adventure station. In summer the apartment is wonderfully cool.

Vacation at Lake Schaal in the Dorfhaus Techin

We felt very comfortable with Anne. We were there for five days in mid-April. The house is in a very quiet, rural location and has a great big, well maintained garden. We had great weather and everything blew beautifully, especially the beautiful, large cherry tree in the garden. Shopping and opportunities for sporting activities are nearby. Anne's house is very well equipped and authentic. The kitchen is new, beautiful and very well appointed. The living and sleeping rooms are comfortable and also well equipped. The beds in the lower bedroom are functional, but more for children as they are very deep. There is satellite TV and internet. The stairs to the upper bedrooms are very steep and a challenge for older and very young guests. But for my 80 year old mother to cope. We had a lovely, relaxing time and will definitely come back again. Thanks to Anne and see you soon!

We had such a lovely stay! The area is stunning and so peaceful, just the right place to slow down and enjoy nature. Sabine was a fantastic host, super friendly and welcoming. The accommodation had everything we needed and was really comfortable. Perfect area for cycling, relaxing, and recharging. We'd love to come back one day!
