Unsere Wohnung wurde liebevoll, modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet, damit Sie sich wohl fühlen können. Ein bequemes Doppelbett sorgt für den erholsamen Schlaf, Ausstattung für Kinder (z.B. Spielbox, WC-Aufsatz etc.) macht uns besonders familienfreundlich. Sie können sich über unser Smart TV mit Netflix Streaming unterhalten oder ein Buch vom Regal nehmen und sich entspannen. Im Kellergeschoß steht ein beheizter Schieraum, sowie eine Sauna (2 Euro/20 Min) für Sie zur Verfügung.

A historic, revitalized train station, converted into a cottage with 2 separated apartments. Cozy and well equipped, in an excellent location. In summer directly on the reservoir and swimming lake and at the entrance to the nature park Ötscher-Tormäuer, in winter ideally between the ski mountains Annaberg, Mitterbach and Mariazell. Always with Ötscherblick, big garden, and wonderful connection to the narrow gauge Mariazellerbahn - the train still stops in the stop!

Ötscherlandhütte

Our cozy log cabin is located on the edge of the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and is a perfect starting point for numerous activities in the beautiful Ötscherland! On our property there is a playground and a sandbox that can be shared, as well as a private seating area for guests. Our barbecue area including smoker may be used by appointment! Leisure facility with outdoor pool, beach volleyball court and public playground within 250 m walking distance.

Our holiday Villa Joachimsberg is located in the Lower Austrian municipality of Wienerbruck/Annaberg. Completed in August 2022 (300 sqm), a harmonious combination of wood and stone. The panoramic view through the spacious windows overlooking the "Ötscher" is inspiring and relaxing. Perfect place for a successful active holiday in the unique nature, relaxation holiday (sauna, swim spa), family & friends meetings or workation with your colleagues.

Chalet Dueppre

Book your stay and enjoy two cozy, beautifully decorated log cabins all to yourself, set on a private, fully enclosed property. A sauna and gym are available on request. From May to September, relax in the heated pool and soak up the sweeping views. Heading to the slopes? A shuttle to the Puchenstuben ski area (15 min away) is available for a small fee. And yes—there’s excellent Wi-Fi for streaming or working remotely.

Double room 1 - Haus Oberfeichtner (Mitterbach)

The cozy house Oberfeichtner is located in a quiet, sunny location. All three twin rooms with shower/toilet (some with balcony) are non-smoking rooms and some are equipped with TV. The use of the internet is free. Relax with the sauna, sun terrace, sunbathing area and swimming pool. For a social evening, a lounge with TV and fridge is available for all guests. Parking place provided. Meals: Breakfast
