Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Our beautiful and comfortable studio - in the formerly famous “Hotel Bord de la Mer” is on the edge of the North Sea. From the first floor, there is a great view from the Havenhoofd van Scheveningen to the Pier and beyond. In 2023, the kitchen and bathroom were renovated, while retaining their charm. The bathroom has since been equipped with a walk-in shower. As we have 100% top reviews, we also prefer guests with a 5* rating.

You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.
