Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. This newly built stone house is nestled amid acres of olive and pine trees and offers incomparable views of the Aegean Sea and the holly mountain Athos. Totally isolated from neighboring houses, is only 300 meters away from an unspoiled sandy swimming beach with crystal clear water. This state of the art, family friendly house of two bedrooms, is “sur-mesure” furnished, with furniture custom crafted, by a local artisan. The perfect place to restore and rejuvenate.

NIKA'S HOME (1st Floor)

The apartment is part of a residence complex of 6 apartments and is located in the settlement of Agios Nikolaos. It’s the middle right apartment. There is a cozy living room equipped with a smart TV and an air conditioner. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The visitors can enjoy the view from the balcony. You can access the central square of the village by foot in three minutes,where you can find all kinds of shops.

Halkidium

The house is located at the beginning of the old settlement of Nikiti. This is a newly renovated space that in the past has been a historic building that functioned as a Chalkidio (old iron shop). It is a detached house that has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as 2 air conditioners in each area of the house. The house also has a spacious terrace and private parking.

Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

Honeysuckle - Nikomaria

“Honeysuckle” is located on the ground floor of the main building at the compound NINKOMARIA. It is on a height of 60 m and the view to the sea is spectacular. Nikomaria is away from mass tourism, and it is surrounded by a green garden full of trees and flowers. It is ideal for quiet and relaxing vacation in a natural environment.

Holiday apartments in Agios Nikolaos, Sithonia, Halkidiki, Greece. Right on Schinia beach, completely private. We have 4 basic but spacious bungalows in a row, next to our main building. Very quiet and a great central spot to explore Sithonia. One hour from Thessaloníki airport.

To σπίτι βρίσκεται στον Άγιο Νικόλαο Χαλκιδικής. Είναι κατάλληλο για την φιλοξενία τεσσάρων (4) ατόμων. Διαθέτει σαλοκουζίνα, υπνοδωμάτιο, λουτρό και σοφίτα. Υπάρχει άνετος αύλειος χώρος καθώς επίσης και δωρεάν στάθμευση έως δύο αυτοκινήτων πίσω από την κατοικία.
