"Il Gioiello" è dotato di un’ampia cucina arredata e attrezzata con forno ventilato, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero americano.

Il supermercato più vicino si trova a 15 minuti di distanza di auto. La casa è riscaldata da stufa a pellets e camino.
