You can hardly live any closer to the Baltic Sea! Our vacation home BOOTSHAUS is located directly on the natural beach with great views over the Baltic Sea. From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room, each with a double bed, the vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

hygge_11 Holiday terraced house, St. Peter-Ording

Mid-terrace house in Frisian style. The "Hygge 11" with terrace and private garden is located in the middle of the row of 3. The house has its own fenced garden with terrace, garden shed for garden furniture as well as a lounge sofa and a sandpit. There is a handcart, barbecue and tricycle in the garden shed. The parking lot for the car is directly at the house. hygge_11 is located in Böhl on the edge of the St. Peter-Dorf district, right next to a pine forest. In 5 minutes you are at the dike.

It's located in a small and quiet neighborhood only a few walking minutes away from the tourist harbour (restaurants, sights, culture) and right next to the cities all new bicycle path.

The two rooms are on the second floor of the idyllic village of Matzwitz/Panker in Holstein Switzerland, near Hohwachter Bay. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be, and nature lovers will get their money's worth! The natural beach Behrensdorf is 3 km away, the beaches Hohwacht, Sehlendorf or Schönberg approx. 15 minutes by car. The Panker estate with galleries and restaurant is within walking distance. Well-developed bike paths in all directions!

Our vacation farm on Lake Hemmelsdorf is a nearly 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Lake Hemmelsdorf not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

The (semi-) island is accessible via a causeway. The lütte Reethuus was already mentioned in 1803 and has a very special charm. The house has just been renovated with a lot of love and you will find space for up to 4 people. Nordstrand offers many leisure activities: cycling, Nordic walking, kite surfing, swimming, inline skating ... and much more. From the harbor you can reach the Halligen and neighboring islands (Pellworm, Amrum, Föhr and Sylt) by boat.

At home between the horizons

The large, modern and very bright terraced house in Hamburg's "front garden" is reminiscent of a Scandinavian beach house and invites you to linger. Both coasts (Baltic and North Sea) with their beautiful beaches are 1 hour drive away. The nature reserve with a large playground, a super large new skate park and the Holstentherme are within walking distance. The A7 can be reached in 5 minutes. The airport north of Hamburg can be reached in 25 minutes.

In the heart of the historic Friedrichstadt Old Town is this jewel box from 1698. Today, the Friedrichstadtnixe invites you to visit her in this bright and friendly house. Where mermaids live, the water is not far away. Surrounded by the Treene and Eider rivers and canals and not far from the North Sea beaches, all possibilities are open to water lovers. It is only a few steps to the cafes, restaurants, heart-blood-run shops, galleries and museums.

There is space for up to five people on 80 square meters with two separate bedrooms and a spacious living/dining room. You can walk to the beach in just 5 minutes. In the west-facing garden you can enjoy a relaxed bbq, sunbathe in the beach chair on cooler days or treat yourself to some wellness in the private sauna!

Vacation home Lübeck Falkenwiese

Stay in a stylishly furnished townhouse in Lübeck city center between the Wakenitz (part of the Schaalsee/Ratzeburger See) and the old town - 130 m² to feel good. The historic old town of Lübeck, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a few minutes' walk away. Unique for the city center is the location on the water. You have the choice between several natural pools. The Falkenwiese natural pool is just a stone's throw away.

Overnight stay? Also possible with organic eggs and vegetables

Our apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and offers a total of three rooms. There are two bedrooms, one room with a 1.8 m bed and a 1.4 m sofa bed. One room with a 1.6 m bed. I kept chickens and planted vegetables. If there are any, you can also buy them and enjoy the organic eggs and traditional vegetables.

Our vacation home has light-flooded, tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms and if it should be uncomfortable outside, the stove can provide coziness in the living room. There are 2 to 3 car parking spaces available directly at the house. A bread service is possible.
