The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

Our apartment is centrally located in beautiful Sande on the upper floor of a semi-detached house with private entrance in a quiet single-family housing estate. It has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is perfect for trips to the North Sea coast (e.g. 9 km to Wilhelmshaven to the south beach), business trips or to visit family and friends in the region. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

All around, small paths over fields and meadows invite you to linger. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms (shower and bathtub). A terrace is available. Bicycles can be stored. The North Sea is only 15 km away. A perfect location for exploring Friesland and Ostfriesland.

Unser großzügiger Wohn- und Essbereich lädt zu gesseligen Kochabenden und gemütlichen Mahlzeiten ein. Die moderne Küche ist bestens ausgestatet mit Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Kühl- Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle und vielem mehr. Zur unserer Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss gehört ein eigener Parkplatz.

It is equipped with all the amenities you need for a successful stay. Highlights include the stylish decor with loving details. In particular, the spacious wooden terrace, which can be reached via several floor-to-ceiling doors, is equipped with comfortable furniture.

The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessible via an external staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large bedroom is a quiet retreat with a double bed and a sofa bed. A second bedroom with box-spring bed and second bed in the gallery offers flexibility. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. Towels and hairdryer are of course provided. Balcony and garden also create space to relax.

Diese ist bestens ausgestattet und sorgt durch ihr farbliches Konzept für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre!

Flooded with light and individual, a peaceful place of residence awaits you in a large farm garden. Beautiful starting point also for coastal and Frisian tours by bike.

Holiday home Mühlenstrasse Jever / North Sea

The vacation home is fully equipped and has a cozy courtyard. Two parking spaces are right outside the door. Linens and towels are included. Sights, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km away, perfect for exploring Friesland, East Friesland and the islands. Two e-bikes can be rented by arrangement.

Moorlandsblick

Die Wohnung befindet sich zentrumsnah und doch am Rande der Stadt mit Blick ins Moorland (Obergeschoss). Zum Bahnhof sind es 750 m und zum Schloss 1000 m. Das Moorland ist sozusagen vor der Haustür und lädt zum Wandern und Joggen ein. Babybett (auf Anfrage), Wickelkommode und Babybadewanne sind verfügbar.
