Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus steht im Süden von Bremerhaven (120 qm plus Wintergarten). Fußläufig ist ein Netto erreichbar. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle läuft man nur eine Minute, zum Wulsdorfer Bahnhof 5 Min zu Fuß. In der Bremerhavener Innenstadt oder dem Deich ist man innerhalb von 10 Min mit dem Auto. Die Landeshauptstadt Bremen ist mit dem Zug in 45 Min zu erreichen, mit dem Auto sogar noch schneller. Die Nordseestrände sind in max 30 Min zu erreichen.

The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The décor is stylish and modern and ensures an exceptional stay with the open living and kitchen area. It is located on the 2nd floor, which is why it is nice and bright. There is no elevator in the house but a private parking space right outside the front door.

It is equipped with all the amenities you need for a successful stay. Highlights include the stylish decor with loving details. In particular, the spacious wooden terrace, which can be reached via several floor-to-ceiling doors, is equipped with comfortable furniture.

The building is located on a cul-de-sac. The property is well established. Part of the garden can also be used. A covered barbecue area is available for guests. Pets are allowed in this house; I charge €5 per dog per day. This amount is payable in cash on the day of arrival. A few things of daily life - bread and rolls can be purchased from me by reservation. I try to offer organic standard when possible.

The vacation home is fully equipped and has a cozy courtyard. Two parking spaces are right outside the door. Linens and towels are included. Sights, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km away, perfect for exploring Friesland, East Friesland and the islands. Two e-bikes can be rented by arrangement.
