Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room with a single bed, a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. I live on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS, I cannot rule out that the 3 furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
