Renovated and refurnished in 2020 this charming guest suite invites you for a relaxing stay. The house resides on the foothill of the Rigi and is only a few steps from the lake of Lauerz. You share a private parking (incl) with the host. After a few steps up the hill, passing a lot of cackling ducks (yes you can feed them), you will find your entrance on the second floor after a few steps up the stair. For winter guests, three skiing regions close by will offer you a good time in the mountains.

In the beautiful, mostly fog-free Ybrig and the surrounding area, you will find everything to enjoy your vacation, e.g. skiing in the nearby Hoch-Ybrig and Oberiberg ski resort, cross-country skiing in the neighboring village of Studen-Unteriberg, snowshoeing. Bike and hiking tours, as well as swimming in the indoor pool Unteriberg or the Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz, which can be reached from us in 30 minutes by car.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

The charming apartment is partially renovated, offers views of Lake Sihl and 2 adults with two children, at most 3-4 adults a cozy accommodation. Hiking, cycling, lounging, enjoying peace and quiet. Badenden has a semi-private beach with changing room, shower and fireplace. In nearby Willerzell there is a sailing and kitesurfing school. Einsiedeln invites you to visit the monastery with the Black Madonna, with shopping and restaurants.

In 5-10 minutes by car, you are at great starting points for various activities. Arrival is only possible by car. There is no public transport connection.
