We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Wir hatten einen sehr herzlichen Empfang von der Gastgeberin. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Santina war immer erreichbar und hat uns Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sehr großzügig geschnitten eine schöne große Küche, ein bequemes Bett, alles sehr sauber und diese Ruhe, ideal zum Entspannen. Wir haben Eier zum Frühstück bekommen. Wir hatten ein gemeinsames Abendessen mit der Familie, der beste Abend. Santina hat sich soviel Mühe gegeben. Ich vergebe 10 Punkte. Mein Mann und ich kommen gerne wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank, wir werden diesen Schönen Urlaub nicht vergessen

Le Lapole is truly wonderful! It is down a windy road from a small town, so it is very remote. The road is one car width and a bit freaky to do alone, but I had no issues. Bring food with you if you don’t plan to leave much; viola has a well stocked kitchen for cooking. There are many places to relax and the pool is perfection! Highly recommend, I hope to return!

O apartamento em Montefollonico foi maravilhoso, extramamente espaçoso, a vista da sacada para a Toscana e de tirar o fôlego, acordávamos todos os dias naquela paz e ao abrir a janela do quarto ou ir para sacada já víamos o paraíso natural . Amamos ter ficado neste apartamento, muito bom. Muito próximo das cidades de Pienza( uma graça de cidade ) , de Montepulciano( uma delícia de cidade ) , paisagens lindíssimas muito próximo . As fotos ficam lindas na entrada do Palazzo Massina e fica a poucos minutos de carro de Montefollonico no caminho para Pienza. Montefollonico é uma vilarejo muito bonitinho, tem um bar chamado Sport Bar lá que tomávamos café da manhã todos os dias , e para jantar como é um vilarejo tem que fazer reserva , tem apenas dois restaurantes, como não fizemos reserva antecipada não conseguimos lugares em nenhum dos dois 🤷‍♀️. Indico demais esse apartamento , pois vc tem uma vista maravilhosa , fica num vilarejo que é uma graça.

Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

What an incredible location!!! Monticchiello is the most quaint and picturesque town nestled in the heart of Tuscany. Walking up to the accommodations feels like a fairy tale - the view of the Val D’Orcia and the medieval tower you walk into, but you are then transported into the most relaxing little apartment. The amenities are wonderful - the attention to detail was not lost on us. We stayed here right after our wedding and it was exactly what we needed. Also, Deb’s Lounge was such a nice place to get breakfast (included!) and we enjoyed some fresh pici pasta for dinner our first night. Would 100% come back!!

Une idée du paradis, c’est ce qu’il est possible de trouver à la Casa Santa Maria ! Dès l’arrivée, un paysage à vous couper le souffle. Une maison Toscane typique. Spacieuse et fonctionnelle, elle surplombe des vignes et des oliviers du haut d’une colline. Idéalement située, nous avons visité Sienne, Pienza, Montepulciano, les vignes du Chianti, Arezzo etc…. Une nuit passée à Florence accessible en train qui vous dépose au centre historique sans vous soucier du parking de la voiture. Daniela et son mari nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement, à l’écoute des moindres demandes et donnant toutes les informations nécessaires pour visiter les lieux chargés d’histoire de la Toscane. Un séjour inoubliable dans une des plus belle région du monde.

The kitchen, baths, rooms, balcony and garden are exactly as you’ll see in Brian’s pictures. The flat is beautifully furnished, and roomy, without any clutter. Recently renovated, you’ll discover as i did, that the flat is fully modernized and outfitted with everything you’ll need for an awesome stay. in addition, the flat is centrally located to an abundance of restaurants, shops, wineries and all that Tuscany has to offer.
