Condo holiday rentals in Sea Colony

This was one of the best beach stays we’ve ever had. The apartment is stocked for a truly stress-free vacation with lots of touches you don’t usually find, such as linens included, beach towels, and anything you could imagine for the beach/pools (chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids). The owners were responsive and helpful and had great clear communication and flexibility with requests. The view is to die for and having a super blue moon coincide with our trip was such a treat of nature. They had tons of games and books and even if you get rained in you’d have an amazing time here. It’s very comfortable and was immaculate. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Me and my wife came here on vacation to see family friends and this place felt right at home. You are in the heart of Bethany Beach and there truly is no better place. Your view out the family room is a beautiful body of water, with the privacy of not being right on the ocean. Had every amenity that one could need. The host was very understanding and easy to work with. My wife and I were very pleased.

great location, walking distance to tennis courts, pools and food. Lots of pools to choose from but we ended up using the small one close by the most.

Second time at Sea Colony. Love the ocean view and the amenities. Best part is this time we caught a pod of fins traveling up and down the seashore.

Linda did a great job of preparing us before getting to the house. We didn’t have to reach out to her at all during our stay. House was very clean. The Keurig gave us some problems (would only fill a cup part way or wouldn’t fill at all) but it wasn’t a problem since Dunkin’ was within walking distance. The area we were in was perfect. Some of my family took the shuttle while some of us walked and the walkers often beat the shuttle riders! A heated pool with kiddie pool is across the street from this condo. Sea colony is our favorite beach community to stay at when we vacation with family. Linda’s place is going to be one we come back to!!

We stayed here in late June 2024. Such a fun week at Sea Colony! Check in was straightforward. The condo was clean and easy to find. We had a small issue but Donna called me immediately and we got everything squared away! From the condo it’s an easy walk to the pool and the beach. It’s on the north end of Sea Colony and not nearly as crowded as the beach by Edgewater house. We rented an umbrella and chairs from Sea Colony and they were setup on the beach waiting for us each day. Two of our kids slept in the room with two beds and we rented a crib for the toddler from a local company. There was plenty of space for our family of five to have a fun week at the beach! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals throughout the week. Having two full bathrooms was a great perk. We spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the sea breeze. There is a CVS and Dunkin walkable from the condo and downtown Bethany was a short walk as well. Thanks Donna for opening up your home!

You can't beat staying at Sea Colony (towers east of Rte 1) - beach views and beach at your doorstep, fitness facilities including an indoor pool, and tennis courts and clinics; also an easy walk to town and places nearby to rent bikes. Did I mention the ocean view? My specific unit could have used a few minor updates, but it was quite spacious for a 1 BR and can easily accommodate 2-3 people (2 bathrooms!). And a nice big balcony. Would come again.

The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for a great beach vacation. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the space.

We LOVED this place. Looked better than the pictures (and the pictures looked great to begin with). So spacious, including all of the balcony areas. Close to lewes beach and the state park. Great area for a family getaway. Had everything we needed and more. Also Bohdan was an excellent host and very responsive!

Great location, close to Rehoboth Beach and good access to stores and restaurants. House was exactly as described, would recommend.

We had a great stay and loved the short walk to the beach! Brian communicated very well and accommodated an early and late check in for us! Would stay here again.

Kendra is very sweet and her home is wonderful. All of the appliances and furniture are very modern, and the mattresses were very comfortable! The location is very quiet and very close to the beach, maybe a 6 minute walk, which was very convenient for us with small children. There’s also a lot of grass nearby for pets.

Fil & Rich were incredibly responsive and proactive! The place was excellently kept and was as described and showed in photos. The location is right off the main road, but far enough in that that there was barely any road/noise pollution. It was a lovely stay overall and would absolutely stay here again or at any Fil & Rich AirB&B!

This was the perfect stay for me and my friends. We needed a place to relax and spend some time together. This place has lots of room and the balcony was such a great place to get some relaxing in and conversation with friends. Vitaliy was a gracious host and was very quick to answer any questions we had. The stores for shopping and groceries were close to his place. Even though the weather was not on our side , We highly recommend his place for an all around great vacation.

Perfect for a trip to the beach for a lax tournament! The view was incredible, parking and check in was easy, and the condo was exactly as pictured! It was beautiful to sit on the deck and watch the ocean and it was steps away from the beach. Parking was easy and convenient. And the condo was absolutely darling - clean, a good amount of amenities, tons of charging ports, and comfortable furniture. My only (small) complaint is the rental company wasn’t very helpful. We couldn’t find the outdoor hose despite asking, there wasn’t a blanket for the pull out couch and we didn’t get any help, the pool code didnt work, and no local recommendations were provided. Lastly, b/c we were there for sports games which conflicted with checkout, I asked if we could push checkout back 30 mins. On Mon I was told most likely I could and to call Sat. On Sat I was told that wasn’t even possible. So definitely miscommunication. Despite that we would stay again b/c of how cute it was and great location.

Great place to stay , easy access to everywhere

5 Star accommodations, like new! The kitchen had all of the tools, gadgets, pots, pans to help feel at home. We stayed off season (last week of April). We were the only people in the building. Note: for off season guests, the pool isn't open yet. The beaches, trails, and restaurants all nearby made it easy to explore and then return to relax in comfort. We sat on the deck, hung out by the pond with comfy chairs and enjoyed the sunsets. Our 1 1/2 year old Weim dog settled in nicely. We were grateful for water and food bowls provided. If you're staying with kiddos or friends, there is a hidden gem- lots of games tucked away in the coffee table. What a nice touch! All of the instructions for the home were simple, easy to follow. Note: This condo is on the 2nd floor. Easy for us, but may be difficult for some.

Great space for a couple and clean! The location was fantastic -- walkable to some great restaurants, to get coffee in the morning, and to CVS in case you forgot something. Also, close enough that you can do about a 20 minute drive to the inlet and boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again!

The best place anyone could stay! Amazing views, clean, comfortable and great location. Quiet, yet close by needed amenities. Well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook and enjoy the time with family. Teen boys and dad LOVED the boat dock and ability to go out with our paddle boards. Loved biking and running the open areas around getting ready for an Ironman. While the rest enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning. Super flexible when we needed another day added to our stay as well. Thank you for the amazing stay! We’ll be returning now that our son has moved to the Delaware.

Perfect beach getaway. We come to sea colony every other summer and Larry’s place did not disappoint. Quick bike or car ride to beach (parking near beach not great so def bring bikes or take sea colony trolly) Condo is upstairs so several steps to get up there but once inside it’s huge and perfectly set up for families. Lots of seating and rooms all good size. Upstairs loft has 2 queen beds instead of one twin and one queen which was a bonus! 💯 would recommend staying here (bring cookie sheet and dish towels and he has everything else)!!

This condo was amazing loved waking up to the beautiful ocean view and when you came out the door you had the also beautiful bay view I had a lot of questions and Julie got right back to me every time I would definitely recommend booking this stunning condo and my sisters and I will be booking again in the future ❤️😊

Tremendous location, well equipped and fantastic host. We had a great week at the beach while staying in this home. Lori's home was as described, had great amenities and the location cannot be beat. Everything is walkable! Lori was an excellent communicator. Check-in and out was very simple and we had no issues.
