Only 2 blocks from the beach and in walking distance to all of the hottest spots including DJais and Bar Anticipation. you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

Cozy, Comfy and Quaint Green Sailboat

Please read carefully. The boat is Catalina model 30a from 1979. The boat is over 40 years old and it is rustic inside meaning it is not perfect. Boat is conveniently located on the border between two towns, Belmar and Neptune, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches, cute cafes, wonderful restaurants, and hoppin bars. Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a party-filled weekend at the shore, cant find a better location. You cannot take the boat out.

This 2 bed/1 bath unit is perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to downtown Belmar (w/ access to New Jersey Transit)! The unit is on the second floor and has its own private entrance. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and one block away is a great playground and Silver Lake with a beautiful walking path. All linens, beach towels, AND BEACH PASSES are provided. There are window air conditioners in each room and a full kitchen.

Shared entrance to the entire upstairs of my house. Two bedrooms, sitting room, private bath. . My husband and myself live downstairs. Three blocks to the bicycle path . We have bicycles to ride. Half a mile to downtown Manasquan. The beach is only 1.5 miles away. Inground salt water swimming pool. Beautiful landscaped grounds to relax and read a book!.
