A magical sanctuary! We loved every minute of our stay and the only negative part was that we had to leave. The location is epic- walk anywhere, restaurants, beach, UCSC, downtown, coffee shops. The hot tub is totally private and the place has a very homey feel. The lot is beautiful. Would stay here again.

A recent stay at Robert’s home in Ben Lomond was exceptional. The property felt like home from the pictures on the wall to the books in the bookcase. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and toiletries was like walking into our personal family vacation home with everything clean and organized. Upon our arrival, we contacted the owner to let them know we arrived. We enjoyed a welcoming orientation of the property. The location was ideal with convenient access to stores and restaurants. We could not have selected a better place to enjoy quality family time and celebrate a graduation from UC Santa Cruz. This was a super stay and gets our highest recommendation.

This cottage was the perfect getaway for a long weekend with friends and a small dog. The bathroom was super clean, and we enjoyed hanging out in the front yard and being able to walk to the beach and shops, etc. Gabriel was super responsive, helpful and friendly! Will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful time at the ranch—the location was beautiful, and the unit was spacious. There was hot water and strong WiFi. Dogs on the property were friendly and adorable. However, the cleanliness of the unit could use some improvement. It would benefit from a professional deep cleaning to really match the quality of the overall experience. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

This was a great place! Close to everything but still very quiet, clean and lovely on the inside with a beautiful courtyard on the outside and safe parking. Everything was just as described, and I would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect little place for our family of 4! The house had everything we needed and had beautiful surroundings. Our daughters loved the porch swing out front. We saw hummingbirds right outside the kitchen window where the feeder was hanging. We cooked all of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. The organic coffee was very appreciated! Wish the queen bed mattress was a little firmer (was lumpy & soft- not great for those with bad backs) but overall very happy with our stay!

Thank you Tamara for sharing your lovely home. We had a great time in the area and your house was the perfect place to return to after a long day at the beach or hiking in the local redwoods. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed barbecuing for dinner while enjoying the great view from the backyard deck. We would definitely recommend your house and the area to others!

The pond house was so relaxing! Close the costal redwoods and tide pools, this cottage is in prime nature loving location. The cottage is on the same property as the owners yet still felt incredibly private. Our toddler loved exploring the back yard and I enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. The view was spectacular. Hoping to be back again!

Stayed for the first time in Pescadero with the family. Steve's place was perfect - great location, well equipped, lots of space. Loved the views and accessibility to it all. Thanks, Steve, for sharing your wonderful place with us.

Place is just as described, if you like being out in the country more rugged and alone this place is for you, just be aware the bedroom has curtains but the rest of home does not at night this might scare somebody but I was fine

Had a little difficulty entering communicated with the host, he was very helpful and made it very easy and accessible moving forward! Over all, it was very quiet out the way space exactly what we were looking for!

Our stay at the Menlo Park English Tudor Cottage was exactly what we needed. Our hosts came out and personally greeted us and were super friendly, making sure we settled in ok and checking in if we needed anything. The location was in a beautiful part of town with nice walkable streets and within distance of plenty of amenities. The cottage itself was spotless and more than accommodating size wise with a nice comfortable queen size bed, a beautiful modern bathroom and kitchen, and all the amenities like towels and soap and shampoo, pots, glassware etc. The gardens that surround the cottage are next level and perfect to sit and enjoy some morning coffee. Also loved the selection of books, especially the art ones. Was a very comfortable stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Cozy Corralitos has a garden filled with a wide variety of plants. The lemon and other citrus trees had an abundance of fruit. Many different birds were on site. The house was clean and comfortable with a well provisioned kitchen . Melissa was gracious and quick to reply when I had a question. The neighborhood is very quiet.

perfect location. perfect size space. the backyard is beautiful! pool was amazing, so many places to sit and layout. cottage was spacious and cozy, nice and cool when the door and windows are closed. nick left towels for the pool and shower for us. definitely would stay here again.

Spacious, quiet, fantastic location and extremely safe for a solo female traveller. Visting on work with various meetings dotted around palo alto, mountain view and SF downtown, Lanlan's place was the perfect mid-point. It's a private studio with it's own entrance, has an attached ensuite shower and contains all amenities you need for a few days (fridge, microwave, coffee maker and even a small electric hob). Easy to get to, easy parking on the street right outside and located in a picturesque neighbourhood , I looked forward to coming 'home' after a long day of work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
