Great host. We stayed here over thanksgiving so it was pretty quite around the neighborhood. If you are a beach lover I highly recommend staying here you can walk to everything, one block from Hampton beach. We are from North Conway and whenever we are in Hampton this is where we are staying.

We had a nice 2-day stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—across from the beach, close to local attractions, restaurants, and easy to get around. We'd stay here again and recommend it to others.

We stayed here for a week and used it as a home location for day trips each day. We easily got to antique stores in New Hampshire and Maine and we were close enough to Boston to get to Mount Auburn and Salem. Everything was just as pictured on the website and our host responded to us very quickly whenever we had a question. Absolutely enjoyed being able to watch the sunset from our room and enjoy the wonderful bird songs in the morning and the frogs and crickets at night.

Great view on the ocean. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Great host.

I will be back! I love the location so much and felt comfortable and safe. The food was amazing form every place I chose. The beach being right outside the doorstep can’t be beat. Janine was always responsive immediately. I was very grateful for that. If you’re a single person or even a small family with a child, this is a great spot. The sound of the ocean re-centered me and now I’m ready to get back to selling NC! 🏡

We had a great stay at Seaside Social. Despite being so close to Wally's, we didn't find it to be noisy--there's lots to do within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities of home were there when we arrived; even a goodie bag of snacks and beverages in the fridge. The weather didn't cooperate for us, but there were also beach chairs, towels, and a rolling cart available to use. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pet-friendly place in Hampton Beach.

Awesome and relaxing! Adam is a very attentive host. The neighbors are very kind and helpful. The sounds surrounding the home are lively yet soothing. Ps Best vacation yet! The space was perfect for my sister in law and I. We each had our own comfy, beautifully appointed rooms, each with a mini-split (I like to sleep with the ac pretty cold at night and my sister in law doesn’t) so being in my own room, with control over the temperature was HEAVEN! The view of the bay and tugboats was so pleasant in the morning watching the sun rise. The place is decorated with beautiful accents and useful items in the kitchen and bathroom. I loved their toilet paper! The location is super convenient to everything that makes Portsmouth so much fun! I highly recommend this place! Well done!

The place was very clean and well organized. Perfect location for walking to the boardwalk, resturant, and right across from the beach. Tom was a great host being proactive in getting us checked in with clear instructions. Definitely would recommend this location!

Very nice apartment with a wonderful balcony with comfy chairs overlooking the gorgeous bay, with sandy beach and rocky coast. The apartment was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Beds are comfortable and extra blankets are in the closet. Plenty of storage for clothing. The upstairs bedroom area was up a ladder which precludes small children. It was okay for our 5 year old but not for the 3 year old. The town is lovely and the center of town just 4 or 5 minutes away on foot. Beach access is just a minute away. Mary was a wonderfiul host and helpful. This is one of the lovliest AirBNBs we've stayed in and highly recommended.

It was absolutely stunning area, peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing. It was still super close to some fantastic restaurants we had a wonderful time we will definitely return again

Pristine apartment just minutes from everything. Excellent location for bird/animal lovers. The bird feeders provided endless entertainment. Inside apartment was well appointed with gorgeous furnishings and quality linens. Super quiet too. Hoping to stay with Rick again.

Joe was a great host. Very responsive. We were in for a family reunion in Newbury Port, which was a short drive away. Salisbury did not have much to offer, and old rundown beach town, but Joe's place is not too far from some great places to drive to.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom that made everything super convenient. Thiago was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We especially loved the jacuzzi area and the large, comfy couch in the living room. The entire place offered great privacy. Would definitely recommend it!

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

It’s was like luxury after a long day working a wedding. It was very peaceful , clean and felt like home. I cannot wait to stay again!

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!
