Gorgeous gorgeous. Such a beautiful Property with so much character . It’s full of wonderful ornaments , books and furniture ! Kitchen is so well equipped and the upstairs is surprisingly spacious!! It was in the perfect location for our trip and there is a handy shop , pharmacy etc. loved our stay! Thank you

Really lovely little house right in the centre of Brighton. Very clean and had everything we needed to make our trip lovely. Host was super helpful and provided us with all details before we had to ask. Really great time.

Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. We would 100% recommend this property and host, if your looking to book the perfect getaway in Rye. Nestled in the South Downs, a few miles north of Brighton, in a quintessential English village, We found The Granary, here to spend some time with our adult children and grandchildren. The house is absolutely gorgeous, the kitchen is huge and well equipped, but the star is the lounge, high ceilings with oak beams. But the house is only part of the story, stroll around the beautiful, extensive grounds you will feel like lord and lady of the manor!

Great place to stay. We stayed with our two young children and my parents and it worked well for everyone. Good location, very short walk to the beach and walk/drive into Eastbourne. Easy to park on the street outside the house. Sam and Nick were very friendly and helpful.

We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

We had a lovely stay. The pool is brilliant and was very kindly ready for us when we arrived. Our little boy had a fantastic time. Beds very comfy and apartment really well spaced and designed. All you need for a short break. Walked to the local pub which was also very good. Thank you!

We loved our stay in this immaculately converted barn. It is huge, plenty space inside for when it was raining. The pond and the jacuzzi were a real treat, and the games room was used by everybody. We loved our barbecues outside, overlooking the valley, listening to the chickens. And we couldn't believe we had breakfast with still-warm-from-just-having-been-laid eggs! We would have loved a dryer or a bigger outside drying rack for all our wet stuff, as we had a toddler with us, but that didn't spoil our fun. We will recommend this beautiful place to our friends!

Larissa and her partner were so friendly and welcoming. The beautiful little cabin/pool house is situated next to the main house in their garden, which is surrounded by well kept wild gardens and a forest which is very relaxing. The pool is great and really well looked after, Larissa was kind enough to let us know when she intended to come down and use the pool when we were sitting by it. Comfortable inside calm space, with the kind touch of a few eggs and some tasty jam left in the fridge. All the utensils/pans/plates you need for cooking on the hob, just need to bring along your teas/coffees and any little bits :) You can also take a lovely little walk straight from the garden through the forest and into fields, we just enjoyed sitting around the pool and taking some walks. Very relaxing few days. Thanks so much.

Perfect place for our family of four to stay for a peaceful and secluded retreat for a couple of nights. The cottage was lovely and the grounds and surrounding garden were beautiful. My two primary school aged daughters loved spending time in the swimming pool and even attempted to play a bit of tennis! Caroline was a brilliant host and keen to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Super friendly and always clear and responsive with communication. Would love to stay here again some time and hope we get a chance to do so!

Lovely place to stay, everything close by. Ideal for us to visit family and friends. Everything we needed and more!! Clean and tidy and chocolate biscuits too! What more could you ask for!

Wow! What a beautiful place! The pictures do not do it justice at all. It’s so peaceful and you’re surrounded by nature. The bungalow is perfect. A mixture of classic furniture with modern touches and conveniences. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. The shower is actually amazing! The beds are extremely comfortable. There are helpful instructions in each room and the welcome booklet. We had welcome coffee and tea and some jammie dodgers. The place was absolutely pristine. Thank you Sarah for letting us borrow your gem of a home. We hope to be back!

Our visit was all too brief to this lovely B&B. It was a delight to arrive at the spotlessly clean , pretty cottage in such a peaceful setting. Caroline is a charming host and was especially helpful in communicating prior to our visit. Thank you. Hopefully we will return!!

My family and I loved staying in this property. It had everything we needed, and was clean and homely. It was also fantastically located, just behind the main high street with great coffee shops, restaurants and lots of interesting shops to peruse. It's also a short drive to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great location and beautiful airbnb. Everything you could want was on your doorstep. Flat was clean and cosy. Bed was super comfortable. Would definitely come back.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Cosy Flint Cottage was the perfect place for our overnight stay in Eastbourne. Everything was so clean and tidy. It was easy to find and a great location for us. Only a 10 minute drive to the centre and close to the walk we did along the coast the next morning. I recommend!

Amazing place defo look to be back, felt like a millionaire having so much outdoor space. The whole area is lovely and so connected to nature. Made friends with a goose, so deer, a fox and some carp. Oh and a bunny, what a top bloke! Thanks Tom for great communication also.

The Bothy is an amazing space in a fantastic location. Quiet, tranquil and definitely off-grid. Helena was a welcoming, friendly and helpful host who provided everything we needed. The Bothy is beautifully appointed and very relaxing to inhabit. There are many places to visit locally if you can tear yourself away. This place is absolutely ideal for people looking to get away from it all. It is described as "off-grid" and it is - so make sure you take fully-charged power banks. We will definitely return!

This little cottage is a hidden gem. It is so comfy and cosy and so very stylish. We would happily move in! The beds were super comfy, and the host had thought of everything you could possibly need to make the stay easy and feel like a home from home. Highly recommend you stay here.
