The pictures doesn’t even come close to how beautiful the home is. Nicholas was super nice and very helpful helping me out when I didn’t know how to check in. He answered really quickly. This was my first Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and every time I come to Arkansas now that is where I will be staying.

We loved staying here. Megan was a wonderful hostess! Our family really enjoyed our time there.

This is a great house to rent for family or a group of friends. There were 3 bedrooms with different sized beds in each. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom; the other bathroom is in the hallway for the two other bedroom guests to use. The master bedroom had cute swan towels, and the bathroom towels and toilet paper also had cute decor. Bedroom closets had robes and slippers. There was a welcome basket of snacks with waters in the fridge, and the house rules were in a folder on the dining room table. The outdoor pool was cold, but that was expected with the weather. There were pool floats, noodles, and a beach ball. The pool table and couches are located downstairs. You cannot use the outdoor or indoor fireplaces, and the arcade game is out of order. The location was perfect right behind Trader Joes and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay!

This place was great!! The pool was the best part we mostly stayed in the pool and only took our boat out once. A little pricey to not be right on the lake but sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk. The Airbnb fees really drove up the price but the pool was worth it and we were able to see most of the fireworks from the balcony...Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Rocky Top Falls was beyond what we expected! Miguel and Rachel are phenomenal hosts! They are friendly and communicate awesome! The space and location are better than the pictures. We enjoyed the views so much we asked Miguel if he could connect us with a photographer. He did and we had family photos taken! We had three families there and more than enough room! They had everything we needed for kids aging from 3 months to 10 yo. They have thought of everything! This stay would be a great choice for groups of all sizes looking for beautiful views and wonderful accommodations! Tyler & Lindsay

The communication between the host and I was exceptional. We had a large family come into town for a granddaughter's first birthday, and the spaciousness was perfect for us!

The place was very well maintained and a very private space. The neighborhood was safe and clean. The backyard setup and the river was breathtaking. Laurell was very responsive and easy to communicate. People who looking for a getaway to a peaceful surrounding with lush green and river next to you should really try this home. The access to river was safe and well kept with a floating deck. If you are into fishing, please bring your own setup and get ready for some amazing trouts when the water is cold. I would highly recommend this place.

Thanks to hosts for providing comforting home, stayed for extended period due to illness in family in town. Outstanding host accommodating to our needs to stay, addressing any issues we had during our stay. Comfortable house and outside yard property is private.

For a visit to Harding University this is the perfect location. It is only 1 block away from the science building and all the rest of campus. Checking in really late at night was easy for us with a door code. Cute house on a private looping street with a long driveway and beautiful landscaping. Bedrooms and bathrooms were as pictured with spotless cleaning of floors and bathrooms. Light switches are all labeled. Such a good idea!!! Lots of bed space and living room space. Small but functional kitchen. We ate ate several locally owned restaurants within 1 mile of the house and had really Filipino and BBQ food. Hosts we're proactive in telling us about a plumbing issue before and fixing it. They were so friendly and responsive throughout the stay. Cons: * no wifi which is listed on the description, we took laptops to HU campus and used the free wifi there to get work done. *Bedrooms have the old house smell, probably from carpets. But not dirty.

We were staying in Tim's Little Red River Cottage as we visited Harding University for their annual spring sing. Tim's place had ample beds for our family of 6, plenty of space for us to stretch out and plenty of amenities for a relaxing weekend. We were able to walk and bike in the quiet neighborhood, Fish off of the dock and canoe, read from the great library of books, enjoyed the fireplace on a cool morning, enjoyed the screened in porch, used the Blackstone grill and had some fantastic family time. Thank you for allowing your place to be used as it was a blessing to our family.

Clean, safe, comfortable. Shelly has made an effort to creative an inviting space, for humans and pets! Recommended.

We were at Bee Branch for a wedding and enjoyed our stay with Debra! The pond and surroundings were so nice. The weather was a bit rainy but we still had a great time. It is a wonderful place!!

Hands down the most impressive and enjoyable rental my wife and I have ever experienced. We’ve never stayed anywhere that was stocked as much with utensils, dishes, grilling supplies, toiletries, sundries, linens- it really felt like a home away from home. Heber Springs is an amazing area, and Matthew’s place is situated as such where anything you may need or want to do is no more than ten minutes away. The fishing was absolutely fantastic. Being able to wake up, be down on the dock within a few seconds and watch the sunrise with a line in the water was priceless. We must’ve caught over three dozen fish over the course of our stay- rainbows and browns- all fourteen inches or bigger. Truly a remarkable experience. There’s absolutely no way we won’t be back as soon as we can make it happen!

Judy was one of the best hosts that we have had on our travels by far. everything was exactly as described, and she even provided some recommendations for local restaurants, which were absolutely phenomenal.

We loved our stay in this beautiful historic house, traveling with two young adults. The history, the photographs of past times, the antique artifacts and the retro bedrooms gives the air of of walking through the past. The minute we walked into the kitchen there were oohs and awes, look at this look at that. Just a good feeling all around. The house is spacious and comfortable. The beds are so comfy! And the outside is green and lush, pleasant to walk around outside, and quiet. Emily is kind and a wonderful communicator. This house is now top of my list to visit again!

Rented it for adult grandchildren while they were visiting. It gave them some private space for themselves and gave us some privacy also. Close to our home, so quick and easy drive.

Elisabeth's place was absolutely beautiful! It was clean and had everything we needed. My husband and sons really enjoyed themselves as did I. My husband was SUPER excited when he saw the place. She even left needed items for s'more. Our favorite part was the natural waterfall!! I would highly recommend! Just absolutely gorgeous and very private.

Quiet place at end of a road. Great view of the lake. Perfect for a quick get away where peace & quiet are desired. We would definitely stay again!

It was a great experience. So much to do . Her place felt like home. She had anything you needed plus and welcomed you to use it.. We were so comfortable there. She has such a great set up outside in the back yard. We did not use it due to the rain. Next time we come back we will definitely make great use out of sitting in the back and playing the games and cooking out. We still had a great time there even with the rain. Her home is so beautiful alot of heart put in it. Thank you for a great vacation..

This place is darling! The hosts truly have a gift for hospitality and everything was so intentional. It perfectly suited our needs with three bedrooms, stocked kitchen and two bathrooms. Thanks for a great cozy stay!

Wish we could of stayed longer. It was so beautiful and peaceful! The serenity was amazing! If you are looking for time with God, this is the place! Completely worth every dollar! Will be back
