Our stay at this Bali-inspired Airbnb was made even more special by the wonderful hospitality of the hosts. Erlinda’s place is beachfront to Jawili Beach. Jawili Beach is sandy and on a cove so perfect for a dip and swim. You coud do early morning or evening walks since it is a long stretch of beach. Things to do: take a dip or swim at Jawili Beach and follow with dinner at Cab’s where you could do a bit of fishing too; visit Katunggan It Ibajay Mangrove Ecopark (1.8 km loop where you could see different species of Mangrove local to the area) followed by lunch at Kanyugan Restaurant and quick drop by nearby wildlife rescue center (at the time of our visit they had a wild boar and couple of eagles) and the Tangalang lookout; explore Jawili Falls and Afga Waverock formation. I hope to come back again to Tangalan and stay at Erlinda’s place.

we loved our stay it was off season so it was quiet and relaxed, we had the beach to ourselves. the area around the resort is quiet and if you walk up the beach you can talk to local fishermen. our host was friendly and gave us recommendations for day trips and arranged transportation. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant. trying some local dishes was delicious. our room was clean, there was a games area with a pool table and board games.

This is the place where you have to stay if you are in Kalibo. Family owned place, it feels like you at home. They are so friendly and helpfull. Cood locations, near airport and lot of good restaurants.
