Built in 2015, it has one queen bedroom, a sleeping loft, a living area, kitchenette, a bathroom, and plenty of outdoor area to enjoy the farm, such as our fish pond, small chicken range, miniature silky fainting goats and horse Mr T. Newly Furnished/Heated Pool/Game Room/10 min Beach

Gabriela's home was the perfect home base for our trip to Sebastian/Vero. It's very clean and has great outdoor space! Our kids loved the game room and the selection of boogie boards, beach toys & towels. We also loved the two distinct living rooms (kids could hang in one, adults in the other) and tons of extra blankets in closets. It's a quick 5 min drive to get Groceries and just a bit further to the beach. We had a minor issue with the pool heater and Gabriela was super responsive and quick to resolve. Highly recommend!

This is the 3rd time Jason and I have booked Chris's place at the seahorse. Very boater freindly if you have a ski or a small to mid size boat. There is a hose to clean your vessel off and if you fish, a station to clean your catch. The place is quiet and neighbors are nice. Great location and close to boat ramps and bars and restaurants for post water fun. We love coming here.Definitely going to continue being a guest at Chris's place.

This is a rare gem located in a quiet, well kept neighborhood with a perfect location to awesome restaurants and the beach. The host was highly responsive and the check in/check out process was very easy. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Andrew's place. When a few things didn't exactly match our expectations, the hosts went out of their way to make things right immediately. The property and house are fun and beachy. Our kids loved the pool!
