Very well located apartment, residence with children's games and pool, shops and cafes very close. Lively street nearby and at the same time quiet. Responsive hosts, we were missing a kitchen accessory and the hosts brought it quickly.

The apartment was just perfect! Very clean, well decorated, bright and super well equipped. I really enjoyed the comfort and the warm atmosphere of the place. We feel that everything has been thought of to make the tenants feel good. A great experience, highly recommend!

Fadua and her mum and daughter were very kind and helpful, so I was made very welcome into the apartment, and they living next door were very open with advice. a warm and lovely welcome.

Very easy to communicate with the host, Ayoub. Ayoub was already waiting for us at Bab Ziat when we arrived in late evening, and prepared drinks and snacks for us. Very much appreciated. A very short and flat walk from Bab Ziat to his unit. We like the rooms, the kitchen and the courtyard. Two of the bathrooms and a toilet are in the same bathroom like public bathroom style. We still use it a one bathroom as there isn't enough space to hang our clothes and towels in the bathroom within the bathroom. We were there for two nights, arrived late and left early. Didn't encounter any strange people except for a kid which told us "it's closed" when we were on our way to a nearby restaurant for dinner (very nice dinner). Ayoub recommended Batha Coffee for breakfast and we liked it a lot (went there for breakfast consecutive days). Had trouble opening the main door to the apartment building with the key but you just need to try for a few more times.

Very responsive host who is available. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation, nothing is missing, we felt at home! Close to all shops and great beaches I recommend it. 💯

Anass’ flat provides a tranquil respite from the chaotic hubbub of the Medina, while still being in easy reach of it. The apartment itself is spacious, sparklingly clean, and well equipped. Anass is a very responsive host, and was able to accommodate us at very short notice.

A simply unforgettable family stay in this magnificent Riad in the heart of Fez. Upon our arrival, we were charmed by the beauty of the place, mixing Moroccan authenticity and refinement. The Riad is a true haven of peace, tastefully decorated and full of the unique magic that only the medina of Fez can offer. Abdelali and his entire team were very attentive from start to finish. Their sincere hospitality, availability and attention to every detail made us feel at home. You immediately feel that this Riad has been thought out with passion: every corner breathes the love of a job well done, and the soul of Abdelali is present at every moment. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the medina of Fez, a breathtaking panorama, especially at sunrise. The rooftop jacuzzi delighted the children, who spent joyful and relaxing moments there while we enjoyed the serenity of the place. Everything is perfect!

The apartment was very clean and well-prepared for our stay. The location was amazing – right in the heart of the medina, which made the experience even more special. This was my first time in such an original and unique place and staying in this traditional old house made it even more memorable. Each floor had a bedroom, and the rooftop terrace was simply fantastic. It truly felt like immersing ourselves in the local way of living. We also had breakfast prepared for us on-site, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic experience

Nisrine's place is located in the heart of the Fes medina and so offers a very authentic experience. We were able to walk to most of the attractions. Checking in all the way to the house is not possible with a car so expect to walk some way with luggage, but this is part of the medina experience. Nisrine and Abdo were kind, always responsive and very helpful.

The atmosphere in the accommodation was simply wonderful – quiet, relaxed and inviting. You immediately notice that it was decorated here with a lot of love for detail. Everything was very clean, stylish and cozy. A place where you can really switch off. I immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The surroundings also contribute to the great atmosphere - perfect for switching off and relaxing. Communication with the host was also warm and straightforward. I will definitely be happy to come back - a real oasis of well-being!

Wonderful stay at Dar Benaress. Mohammed and Nabilla are amazing hosts. Before we arrived, Mohammed asked if we’d like a list of things to do in and near Fes that he could arrange. It was our first time in Fes so we opted for both of the local tours and the hammam. We could not recommend them more and were so pleased we did those. The tours were informative and our guide helped us shop and took great care of us. Another option we arranged for was the home cooked meal. We initially thought we’d do that only one night, but Nabilla is such an extraordinary chef that we did it an additional two nights we were there of our four night stay. The riad itself is as beautiful and charming and magical as the pictures show. If not more. Amenities were as said. We couldn’t figure out the AC but the weather was fine so we didn’t bother to ask. The location is wonderful and Nabilla and Mohammed were very accommodating on arrival and when going on excursions. Would be lovely to visit again.

To visit the Medina, the place is ideal, the cafeteria downstairs from the house eats and has a delicious breakfast and there is a bar 50 meters away where you can have a beer on a terrace, we were fine, to be honest.

Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. Very easy contact with Mhamed; a warm welcome by the caretaker and the staff of the residence. The apartment is very functional and very clean. Nearby: Carrefour, pharmacy, grocery store... ideal for managing your stay. The driver Ahmed is very kind and very helpful... in complete serenity; we did our excursions around Fez and much more. I recommend this accommodation and this host!!
