What a beautiful villa in an amazing area in Cairo! The Villa was lovely and clean! Yahia was very friendly and responsive! I will recommend this place for sure as I will be coming back here! Ich habe mein Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es fühlte sich wie zu Hause an, weshalb ich mich entschieden, habe hier wieder zu übernachten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, komfortabel, sauber, gepflegt und genau wie beschrieben. Das private Gelände ist sicher und ruhig. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, reaktionsschnell und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

It was nice to stay in AL- REHAB Villa It is very comfort & tidy Peace of mind . You can enjoy the sun in the garden , very quiet, nice place to have a vacation far from crowded city. THANK YOU ADHAM for you cooperation & quick response & hospitality. Sure i will come again

The apartment was wonderful and a role model served apartment. Walking distance to the service area. Unique view as all rooms and reception have terrace or balcony on green area and the club.

Stayed for two nights and everything went smoothly. The apartment is in a great location, peaceful, yet surrounded by plenty of things to do. It was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Cairo Festival City. Would definitely recommend.

parfait ! cet immense appartement est au sein d'un super compound avec salle de sport piscine jeux pour enfants. un réel bonheur au milieu du tumulte egyptien. l'appartement est très propre, lumineux. lave linge très important pour les familles. climatisation très importante aussi. les instructions étaient claires et l'hôte est extrêmement réactif sur whatssap. je recommande sans hésiter !

Un grand merci à Heba qui nous a permis de faire notre check-in plus tôt et qui nous a bien guidé pour notre arrivée. Le logement était très agréable et plutôt fidèle aux photos. La chambre principale était spacieuse, le lit King size appréciable et la partie dressing assez ergonomique. Je n’étais simplement pas fan de la porte coulissante entre la chambre et la salle de bain, trop difficile à ouvrir et fermer mais c’est vraiment un détail considéré la qualité du reste de l’appartement. La deuxième salle de bain était parfaite d’ailleurs. La piscine à l’extérieur a le mérite d’exister mais je m’attendais à ce qu’elle soit un peu plus grande. C était tout de même agréable d’avoir la possibilité de s’y baigner si on le souhaitait (l’eau était super froide mais les courageux se baigneront quand même !) Le gros point positif est la localisation dans la ville, le quartier de Festival Cairo est central, c’était pratique pour les déplacements. Encore merci Heba <3 on a aimé notre séjour !

We truly enjoyed our stay there. The apartment is better than the description; with smart solutions. Waleed was very responsive and we felt right at home. Truly it was a joyous experience. I would highly recommend this apartment.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The location is perfect! Yes, it is not exactly a 20min drive from Giza, but then again, you will only visit Giza once or, at maximum, twice, during your whole trip. Shopping and food was great (something we particularly enjoyed as a family of 5). Old Cairo is 30mins away and perfectly commutable (public transport is dirt cheap). Now, in terms of the apartment, it was perfect. There were 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a family of 5. There are 3 bathrooms across the apartment which was also very useful. The upstairs is decorated very nicely, with an absolutely serene view on the balcony. The TV is nice to use as well, although not used much. The area itself is really homely and is right in the centre of the newer Cairo (New Cairo), so life is more progressive here and feels more safer. The most important part - the host! Ashraf is a very lovely person! He helped with food recs, places-to-go recs and so on! I would stay here again!!

I had a wonderful stay at Milad’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Milad was an excellent host—very welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. He made sure I had everything I needed and gave great local tips as well. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Milad’s place to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for a great experience!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und geräumig. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt den man gut zu Fuß erreicht. Ruhige Wohngegend. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell zu der Open Air Mall. Diese hat viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Von Madinaty kommt man gut mit dem Taxi oder Uber zum neuen Museum, zu Khan El Khalili oder zu den Pyramiden. Die Fahrt dauert ca. jeweils 1 Stunde pro Strecke.

Que dire à part que Taha est le meilleur hôte que nous ayons pu rencontrer ! Dès notre arrivée, il nous a accueillis avec une gentillesse et une disponibilité incroyables. Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute, et malgré cela, tout était absolument parfait : un appartement d’une propreté irréprochable, aucun grain de poussière, tout était nickel et conforme aux photos. Mais ce n’est pas tout ! L’appartement est situé dans une résidence hyper sécurisée, d’un calme absolu et idéalement placée, accessible à tout. Taha a été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour, répondant à la moindre question avec une réactivité exemplaire et nous indiquant les meilleurs endroits à découvrir. Grâce à lui, notre expérience a été transformée. Si vous cherchez un séjour sans stress avec un hôte exceptionnel, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Merci encore, Taha, et à très bientôt !

Ich habe mich wie zuhause gefühlt. Ahmed und Habiba sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sind auch kulant das ich in 2 Tagen die Wohnung Aufgrund der Flächengrösse wechseln dürfte . Die Umbuchung ging Reibungslos. Hatte paar Probleme mit dem Strom und Internet und wurden schnell behoben. Die Reaktionszeit ist rasant. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. The area itself is fantastic. You have grocery stores, bakeries, a pharmacy, and fresh produce shops just a short walk away. There’s also a butchery and plenty of convenience stores nearby, ensuring that daily necessities are always within reach. One of the best things about this apartment is the peaceful and quiet environment, making it ideal for work, relaxation, or simply enjoying a stress-free stay. Ahmed has been a great host, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. I would definitely love to come back again in the future, and hopefully, we’ll have the chance to meet next time. Highly recommended for long-term stays!
