Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Seddon

Mel’s place was exactly what we were looking for, it is in a fantastic location within walking distance to sensational restaurants, bars and dessert places. We also easily got the tram to the city. The apartment itself had gorgeous views of Melbourne, was in beautiful condition and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay including extra towels and complimentary biccies. Thank you for being a fabulous host Mel, right from even before we got there. Couldn’t recommend this airbnb enough!

My second time staying at Kate's place. Met Kate before checking-in and had a pleasant conversation over a cuppa before checking-in. Her place is super convenient and the tram is literally at the doorstep. No noise from road. Very cosy. My go-to place now when I'm in Melbourne. Thanks Kate!! :)

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

My twin brother and I stayed for two nights last (Thursday and Friday) as we had performances nearby in Seddon, and this place was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was super convenient, the check-in process was smooth, and the space was clean, cosy, and well set up for a comfortable stay. The Martini Suite was a magical experience. The location was central to everything & the apartment & decor was even more spectacular in person. Public transport, restaurants, activities & sights are all within walking distance. We loved everything about the space & appreciate the thought & care that has gone into creating it. I’ve always struggled to find accommodation with a truly comfortable bed—most places have cheap, overly springy mattresses that just look nice. Not here. The mattress was the perfect medium firmness with zero springiness, and they even provide two sets of pillows (firm and soft) so you can choose what suits you best. The Wi-Fi speed was also top-tier—far better than the bare minimum you usually get elsewhere. Fantastic location with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and an amazing host. Highly recommend!

Fei and Haruka were amazing hosts and the Airbnb was brilliant! Would definitely recommend staying here & the cherry on top being right across from the big Dockland mall and Ice Rank. There’s lot to do and see in just walking distance. Although the pool was outside it was warm and gym was spacious as well! Car park was a 5mins walk too but it was really convenient to have. Loved every bit of it!!

We had a great stay at Brunswick cottage. Great location close to both the airport and city. Greg is such a lovely host and even provided bread, milk, wine and a lovely selection of breakfast cereal and yoghurt. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need!! We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend. Thank you !!!

Lovely home with everything you could possibly need. The beds were super comfy and the house was beautifully presented. Easy check in and access and the location was fabulous. Short walk to the lovely community of Yarraville with amazing restaurants and cafes. We took the train into Melbourne for the tennis and other touristy things every day and found it so quick and easy. Highly recommend!

The host was very responsive in replying to messages, especially when we needed an earlier check in and when we needed help because we locked ourselves out. She arranged for someone to come within 30 mins to help us get in. The place itself was enormous, modern, clean and a perfect setting for any group holiday or to host a gathering.

Christabel was a fantastic host! Very communicative and accommodating! The place is great and had everything we needed for our stay!

We had a great time at Eva’s and enjoyed sitting by the fire place and relaxing. It was very close to the tram line which made a trip into the city very easy and fun for the kids. The house was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

It was a perfect spot for what we needed to do in the western suburbs of Melbourne. It’s also only a 8min drive to the CBD.

Our stay was an amazing experience, Henfry was very responsive and instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The view was absolutely breathtaking, place was spotless and cosy. Definitely worth every penny, highly recommended.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Very handy location in central city. Super convenient going anywhere. Clean room and toilet. Beautiful view from high floor. Free gym and pool is plus.

Staying on Vincent’s property is impressive. All the rooms are spotless and towels, kitchenwares, two spot parking (underneath building) are provided. The views are absolutely gorgeous both day and night time. Trust me! It looks even better in the real scenario than in the pictures. Please don’t be hesitate to reserve the place. It’s very convenient to commute. 📍 Groceries store (Coles, Asian Marts, Bottle-O, liquorland) 📍 24 hours fast-food nearby 📍 Free Tram Zone (30, 86, 96) all running to the city. (96 passing through Crown Casino and end at St.Kilda) 📍 5 mins walk to the main train station (southern cross) 📍 5 mins walk to bus station The hosts are super helpful, we literally forgot an iPad on the night and they return it to me in the next day (Thank God)
