Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sedgwick County

I am so glad I gave AirBNB another try after a few bad experiences. This is one of the cleanest homes I have ever rented, which is super important for me to feel comfortable. The kitchen is older but fully functional and had everything I needed to cook what I wanted. You can't tell from the photos, but the backyard is fully fenced in (there's a very small gap towards the back right you'll want to watch for if you have a very small dog who wants to escape). In the morning there are little rabbits and birds everywhere. I would make coffee and watch them out the back door. Every morning I would wake up and take my dogs for a walk around this quiet neighborhood and around the College Hill park, which is just a few blocks away. I had a hard time figuring out the temperature in the house and messaged Jennifer about it. She responded quickly and then checked back with me the next morning. I really appreciated that there were lots of clean/comfy towels, spare toilet paper, and nice linens.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. The location was perfect- we were close to everything.. The house gave us so much more room than a hotel would have. Loved the back patio. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed.

Herbert’s place was a fantastic spot to stay! One of the best short term rentals I have ever stayed at. Herbert is a great host who was very proactive about getting us all the information we needed to know!

This house was such a find, it is beautiful and perfect for our large family. There is so much room and so much to do. Jennie was always very responsive and helpful from the time we booked the house until we left. Would definitely use this house again!

Very cute and peaceful place. Roger gave us a quick tour and explained how to use the grills and even feed the deer and fish! In a neighborhood but as soon as you stepped in the backyard, it felt like you were in your own little world! Pool was very nice. Roger was having a leak fixed prior to us arriving and because it wasn’t available until the day after we checked in, he offered extra space for us at no cost. He then had the pool ready for us the next day and even had some pool floats waiting on us. Left us s’more supplies and clear instructions on use. Roger was always very quick to respond and very friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

fantastic house with everything you could possibly want or need. We came in to find the beverage fridge full and a counter full of snacks. The owner came by to turn the heat up on the pool when we asked and didn't even charge us for it. the house is a perfect blend of the original wood and modern updates in between. lots of stairs but once you get to the top you see it's worth the extra leg work to find yourself in a little oasis in heaven. Dont even get me started on the amazingshowers. would love to stay again and plan to do so soon!!

This property was exactly what I had been looking for we needed four bedrooms. All four bedrooms were lovely with king beds. The location was exactly where I requested. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet quiet with lots of beautiful holiday decorations! I will absolutely consider staying at this home again!

James was very attentive to our needs that arose during our stay. It's a lovely luxurious place with loads of amenities.

Absolutely perfect weekend getaway came into town to visit friends and attend a concert . This was a perfect place to visit peacefully with friends and also very comfortable for husband and I to sleep . Everything was exactly as outlined in ad and the place was comfy and cozy , we look forward to our next planned stay in Wichita .

Great place. Hosts were super kind and accommodating! Pool/Hot tub was a huge hit. The treats were a nice touch they my family loved! Highly recommend.

We had a last minute trip to Wichita and decided this was a better option than a hotel. The house was well done with a huge backyard space. As they are also pet friendly. We spent a lot of time outside with the dog. Was a much better option than a few hotel rooms!

We visit Wichita often! This is the cutest little place for 2 people. We slept great on the adjustable bed. It was just a small drive from downtown and some good eats and mostly our children. We will be returning. It rained a lot so we didn’t get much use of the backyard but that is okay. Damon was very responsive when we texted him. Great place. Thanks so much!

Toby was an amazing host, I am grateful for his hospitality and the opportunity to stay in this space. We loved staying in this little apartment and felt right at home. 10/10 overall, I would stay here again.

Catherine's place was the perfect place for our visit to see family in Wichita. Beautiful decor, clean and more spacious even than the photos indicate. We had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great shower. The floors squeak like an older home tends to, so if you have a light sleeper a white noise machine might be a good thing to have. It was no issue at all for us. School playground a 1 block walk away.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was easy to find, clean and perfect for our quick trip to KS to spend the night after a long day at the Rodeo.

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was exactly what my friend and I needed! I looked at the reviews prior to booking and saw that the surrounding area looks a little.. sketchy.. and I guess I can sort of understand where they were coming from but it's just a train track, midwest stuff. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, quiet. There was a designated spot to park in the back of the house which is super helpful if you're not comfortable with parking on the street. The check in was easy as well, I've been at an airbnb where I couldn't even find the lockbox. When we arrived, everything was nice and tidy. The shower had a couple of hairs still left in it but a simple rinse was all it took! No complaints from me! Jessica was quick to respond to my messages and super friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

I'd definitely stay here again. super close to the river which is awesome. I love the design of the space and felt right at home here. very quite neighborhood and friendly neighbors. would recommend!!

Me an my family of three absolutely loved the cabin it had an amazing bed with the most beautiful view of a pond right off of the deck. The amount of animals we got to see in an around the pound was so cool for my son to see he spent a lot of time on the porch. Our host was so fast to answer everytime no matter the time. She gave us fun places to eat and we really enjoyed our stay.
