My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.

Our one-bedroom apartment is plenty spacious for two people and a cozy stay for more than two. It's a stone's throw away from Hope Village, where there is plenty of charm, shopping, and great food. We are less than a mile from Brown and RISD. The apartment has its own private entrance. There is no parking on the premises, however, there is plenty of free street parking, very often right in front of the house.

Gino was extremely prompt with beginning communication once the booking was secured, and he was extremely friendly on arrival. Throughout the stay if there was something I needed, I had the ability to ask and know I would get an answer in a reasonable time frame. That said, he also gave us our space, so at no point did we ever feel shadowed or like we were being watched. Everything was exactly as the listing described, and it was a really nice place to be for the time we needed to be there. We even had an emergency that required us to extend our stay, and he made sure that the booking process for that was simple and efficient. The area is incredibly peaceful, and made for a great place to both walk and play with my 3 YO black lab. I highly recommend this location and host to anyone looking for a stay in the area! Amazing stay! Ricky provided a place that was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Perfect for a place to decompress after Thanksgiving with family! Central location was a huge plus. Home is beautiful and very well kept. Did not use the shared spaces, but they seemed to be very organized and user friendly. Would stay again!

Myself & my two pups had a very enjoyable stay at Eva’s home. Coming from a more residential and noisier atmosphere in Connecticut, we really enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Saw deer on our first dog walk. Eva provides a homey and very relaxing environment. My pups enjoyed meeting up with Eva’s sweet pup. They were so comical together. Highly recommend this AirBNB lodging!!

The house was easy to find and there was plenty of parking in the lot right next to the house. Check in was easy at the back door & the private bedroom upstairs. The bed & pillows in my bedroom were extremely comfortable and soft. I had a great night sleep. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures and the description was accurate. I would recommend this place for the price I paid. Thank you Xiaoshan and Boris.

We loved staying at Michael's place. Nice cozy home and beautiful yard. He was the prefect host. The only issue we found was when the bedroom window was opened the traffic outside of house is frequent and loud but earplugs take care of that if you are noise sensitive. He definitely deserves a 5 star rating !!!!
