The small house, cottage for 4 people

Located in Normandy, in the heart of a village hamlet, this 65 m2 cottage accommodates 4 guests. It has a garden, a wooden terrace and a pétanque court. Close to Fecamp, the beaches of Grandes Dalles and Petites Dalles, Sassetot le Mauconduit (Sissi's castle), Etretat, Deauville Trouville, landing beaches and cemeteries (Omaha beach, Utah beach, Ouistreham), 2 hours from Paris. Access to the Véloroute du Lin is 2 minutes from the cottage with routes to Fecamp and GR21 hiking trail.

Ideal place to recharge your batteries in a very beautiful countryside. Come jog, cycle, walk along the Seine, in the heart of the Boucles de Seine Regional Park. In the house everything is new, very good bedding, fitted kitchen and a very pleasant living room.

Old small farmhouse completely restored in a flower garden of 3000 m2 shared with another house (Terre d'Accord, the big house). We have carefully decorated and furnished this place to make you feel good. This 3-star gîte is ideally located in La Chapelle sur Dun, a charming small town close to the sea and shops (3 km). During your stay in our guest houses you have privileged access to the art garden of the sculptor "Terre d'Accord".

Our Suite is part of our property but with an independant entrance. 1 living-room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).

Close to the sea, and in the heart of the Normandy countryside, I am pleased to welcome you to my 400 m² house, completely restored to regain its authenticity and charm in its 2 hectare park (5000 m² usable). This typical farm is located in its enclosed farmhouse with its horses (depending on the season) and surrounded by fields. Modernity and authenticity are the key words of our house.
