Fantastic location and the view. was perfect for my needs

Vincent's place was very charming and quiet and he was such a wonderful host by providing us little goodies in the fridge and snacks. The balconies are so nice and seeing the water from the dining room very peaceful. He also let us know that we could check in early since apartment was not rented previous day and this was very helpful to us. A lovely, clean place and wonderful host!

Sébastien is a friendly host, responsive, clear communication, the accommodation perfectly matches the very simple front photos but the accommodation is brand new and very convenient, the edges of the marl are 100m away, supermarket 400m away. Buses to Paris too. Very quiet and pleasant i recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay in Axelles apartment very much - it is spacious, clean and very quiet, even though it's centrally located in Montmartre. With two metro lines nearby we could explore Paris everyday conveniently. The two balconies are a huge plus as well! We definitely will book this apartment again and recommend staying at Axelles place.

We were met by Bernard on arrival. He is a lovely man who not only showed us the apartment building but also gave us recommendations for the area. The apartment is in a typical old french building, right across the road from the Seine. You can sit on the tiny balcony and watch the activity on the river go by. The rooms in the apartment are large, a full size living room with a pull out couch and a double bedroom. There was more than enough linen and pillows etc provided. The kitchen has all you need, to include a coffee machine, stove and microwave. The area is very convenient; the bus stops outside, the metro station is not more than 150 feet from the building, there is a convenience store close by and a lovely cafe on the street level of the building where you can sit and people watch as you eat and drink. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to feel like a part of Paris rather than a tourist and I hope to stay there again in the future.

In addition to the listing being as described in the listing, Amandio and his wife were exceptional with us. They helped us with everything during our stay. If it weren't for them, our trip would have been compromised because of the strike in Paris. My family and I are so grateful for everything.

A really good stay here during Olympics. Quiet surroundings with a short connection to the centre of Paris. Claire was really communicative and quickly helpful with minor questions we had.

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

A very beautiful, quiet, comfortable environment. Room is big and very comfortable, shower is A+, only point of criticism is the bedroom, ceiling too low and stairs too small. Public transport nearby. And that bakkery! I would go there just for that bakkery.

We had a wonderful family gathering enjoying the great facilities and beautiful location with straightforward access into central Paris when required.

i had a pleasant stay in Malika's apartment! The location was perfect, close to public transport. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The place is very quiet with beautiful views of the Seine. In addition, Malika was very welcoming and available for any question. I would highly recommend this rental.

The view of the tower is unbeatable! The room is clean and tidy. The only thing could be improved is the lack of sun screen curtain of living room, other than that the room is great

We had a great time in the apartment. There were both, a washing and dryer machine which were very helpful since it was raining during our stay. The apartment was spacious which was great for our group of 6. The looks from the window were not the best and the location was not what you would think of when you think of Paris but once you get outside, you will be immerse in what Paris truly is, a mix of cultures and various classes of people. There were so many restaurants and bakeries around that we wish our stay was longer. Walking distance from public transport and various supermarkets. We walked around at night and we fell safe all the time. We are the types of travelers who enjoy authentic experiences and like to stay in places that resemble what the city is all about and we got this with this stay. We did not have to reach out to Sophie because we didn’t need to. Everything was clear and our stay was perfect.

The accommodation is very well located: RER nearby, banks of the Marne. The apartment is well arranged, it has all the necessary amenities: washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils etc. And the hosts are lovely and friendly. We had a lovely stay, thank you for everything!
