Vraskos villa - free heated pool for low season

The villa enjoys a unique rural location set on a spacious private plot. A small pebble beach can be reached following a wild, stony path. In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended for the season to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests. The Vlamis villas consist of 4 adjacent apartments and one separate one, the Junior Villa. The villa was renovated in 2023. The design is based on clean geometries and natural materials in light tones. Materials such as wood and fabric, combined with pastel tones, were used to create a welcoming and peaceful environment for guests. Emphasis was placed on the study of lighting in order to combine different lighting qualities throughout the day.

Villa Merina is located in Gerolakkos Kerameion, 15km, about 20 minutes by car from the city of Chania and 35km from the International Airport. It offers a garden with an outdoor pool, a terrace and barbecue facilities. Free private parking is available on site. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric cooking hobs and a refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi is also provided in all areas. Villa Merina includes towels and bed linen.
