Cozy, older cottage close to the water. Lovely garden in the woods and nature. The cottage is only a 5-minute walk to the family-friendly Gudmindrup beach. Beautiful sunsets can occur :) The house has 2 great terraces, so depending on where the sun is, you can enjoy it outside. There are lots of cozy spots in the garden with heather. The house has a large living room with a new kitchen. In addition, there is a master bedroom with space for 2, as well as an extra room with 3 sleeping places + 1 mattress. The house has Wi-Fi and a smart TV.

Imagine an escape from the noise of everyday life in the heart of an old forest, where only the sounds of nature fill the air. Inside, the cottage offers a charming atmosphere with rustic details. The open fireplace is the heart of the home - a perfect gathering place. Outside, a large terrace awaits, capturing the sun's rays from morning to evening. It's the ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The area invites long hikes, where the silence is only broken by the many sounds of the forest.

Tiny beach house with sauna

A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. ZenHouse

Welcome to ZenHouse. Let your mind completely relax while you enjoy the sunset on the terrace or look at the Milky Way at night in the outdoor hot tub. Or take a trip down to the forest and the beach and experience some of Denmark's most beautiful nature. Take a walk on the Højderygsstien through Geopark Odsherred, which goes right past the cozy garden. Roast your marshmallows or snobrød and sausages by the campfire. Or just read a good book by the wood-burning stove in the cozy living room.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Enjoy the lovely surroundings in one of our 2 cozy Tiny Houses. Get in gear and enjoy our animals in the beautiful nature, with fields as far as the eye can see and maybe a trip in the kayak or hot tub. Cook in the kitchen, on the grill or over a fire. We have sheep, lots of chickens, mischievous cats, and little lambs from March.
