Nearby station as well. The bedroom of the 1st floor is occupied by us (owner, as bedroom and office) . So the main room is shared, so no party here sorry. Beware : food is not shared. Laundry machine : 300 yens / use Hint for larger groups : rent both houses and gather in the other one for the meals.
