We have lowered prices by 25% for 2026 bookings as a government beach reclamation project is underway in Candidasa, creating a new 5.5km white sand beach, boulevard and walkways. There is no noise or construction in front of the villa. The beach experience is more limited, although it is still possible to swim very near the villa. Please see the project photos under “additional photos”. Everything else remains unchanged: the same beautiful villa, excellent food, gorgeous views and warm service.

The cabins are built by me and have panoramic views for stargazing and sunset. In the morning, we provide you with free breakfast.
