The Host Yunita was Apt in her professionalism and was always available for any questions. Really enjoyed the stay all thanks to Yunita, will definitely visit again.

Good stay, the shower water pressure are strong. Air con at the start wasn't that cold. but after around 1 hour, it become colder. supermarket and food court are nearby

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The environment was peaceful and family-friendly, with an indoor playground at the shopping mall just downstairs and swimming pool that our kids enjoyed. It's about a 15-minute drive from Nagoya, so while not as lively as Nagoya area, it’s quiet and restful—great for a short getaway. The unit was generally clean. One thing to note is that the bathroom floor often stayed wet due to backflow from the floor trap, which was a minor inconvenience. Also, there was no hair dryer in the unit, but the host was very responsive and offered to send one over when we asked—really appreciated that. Overall, a comfortable stay with a responsive host. Would recommend for those who prefer a quieter location not too far from the main attractions.

“Firstly, the room was clean and well-maintained. The gym and swimming pool were conveniently located just outside. If you enjoy walking and taking in scenic views, the area is very beautiful. For those who prefer to cook, the place is equipped with a rice cooker and other kitchen essentials. Lastly, the host was very friendly and had a sweet personality. Overall, the trip was great!🍀

really worth it. everything is excellent for the money we pay. the amenities they provide is 200% better than competitors at that price. watch out carefully for the amenities section of the competitors compared to royal suites. royal suites is unmatchable. they give you the best.

Place is a charm. Simple yet cosy. Place is newly renovated. Has a nice scent with amenities that could rival a hotel. Will come back definitely

Location is right next to the Batam Ferry Terminal so it’s very convenient with the Megamall just opposite as well. Good facilities, affordable price.

Host was chill and provided all the necessary information. Apartment was clean and easy to access. Location was good and overall had a good stay. Would recommend and come again.

The unit is as described, its cozy and homey. Internet maybe abit laggy but its out of host control. Other than that..none..we enjoyed our stay.

Host is responsive and has done a great job to furnish the unit with the proper amenities. Wash machine, AC, Fans. The bed has sufficient pillows. Unit is very clean, the utensils have been cleaned before we checked in as well.

Beautiful clean stay within a private compound. Swimming pool was great. Eateries tho were tough to find. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay!

i am a delighted customer Recommeded for big family 1. kelly was super responsive, friendly *lastmin booking on 31st morning for the same date, immediately msg & approve *fridge not function, she immediately call technician *we left behind things after check out, she still responded & guide us 2. pool in front of the unit - the best!!! 3. approx 20 towel provided 4. approx 10 futon provided 5. complete cooking utensils, shower, shampoo, washing powder,2 drying rack (big & small) 6. private area - not crowded w tourist 7. parking visitor next building..need to exercise a bit lah.. We are a group of 7 adults with two young children staying for 3 days and 2 nights. The interior of the house was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for our group. Although the air conditioning wasn’t functioning at first, the host promptly arranged for a technician, and it was fixed within 2 hours, which we really appreciated. The garden was huge, and we rented a waterpool bouncing castle. it was so much fun, and everyone was satisfied with the stay.

We had such an awesome stay at Villanesia! Thank you John for being so responsive and considerate. Surely we will be back.

Sri is very responsive, her replies are always very prompt. The home is located at a quiet neighbourhood. Check-in is easy, the place is clean and as shown in the photos.
