A newer apartment with everything you need at Vinstra. Bathtub, fireplace, and well-equipped kitchen. Parking by the house, and walking distance to the city center and to the train station. Plenty of space for a couple downstairs in the double bed, the sofa bed in the loft living room is only 120 cm wide, so suitable for 1-2 people. There is also an extra three-seater sofa in the loft living room, which can be raised. Possibility to hang in the hammock on the balcony on the 2nd floor for those who want to sleep outdoors! Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee if desired.

It's a pretty property with spacious gardens and large green lawns planted with fruit trees, ornamental trees, and shrubs. The plot lies towards a quiet street to the west, to the east it borders out in the river Lodge with shoreline. There is also an idyllic river promenade (footpath) for recreation and fitness (see pictures). The location is very central while this is a quiet and quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to all downtown features (shopping center, etc). On the property there is plenty of space for safe car parking that is free for my guests.

In the season from about June 20 - August 31, a bed and breakfast can be booked. The place has a restaurant during the season and all meals can be bought. The cabins/apartments must be returned in a clean condition -even. Final cleaning can be arranged at a lump sum of NOK. 350,- There are the following units: 2 units w/2 bedrooms , 3 units w/1 bedroom. Please clarify which unit is desired.
