It is a nice property with a spacious garden and large green lawn planted with fruit trees, ornamental trees and shrubs. The plot is located on a quiet street to the west, to the east it borders the river Lågen with beach access. There is also an idyllic river promenade (walking path) for recreation and exercise (see pictures). The location is very central while this is a quiet and peaceful area. Proximity to all downtown functions (shopping center, etc.). The property has plenty of space for safe car parking which is free for my guests.

Bright and cozy basement apartment in residential area. Great views! Bedroom has a double bed (150cm) and space for a baby bed or mattress (which guests must bring themselves). Sofa bed in the living room that provides two additional beds (140cm). Guests with children can use the garden with trampoline, sandbox and slide, at their own risk. 30 min drive to Rondane and Jotunheimen, as well as great hiking opportunities in Sødorpfjellet 15 min from the apartment! Feel free to ask for tips for trips. Parking is just outside the house.

En nyere leilighet med alt man trenger på Vinstra.Badekar, peisovn og velutstyrt kjøkken.Parkering ved huset, og gangavstand til sentrum og togstasjonen.God plass for et par nede i dobbelseng,sovesofaen i loftsstuen er bare 120 cm bred,så passer for 1-2 personer. Det er også en tresetersofa i loftsstua.Evt mulighet for å henge i hengekøya på balkongen i 2.etasje Tv uten ab, ligger hdmikabel klar om dere vil koble til pc. Sengetøy og håndklær koster 100kr pr pers,og blir betalt utenom hvis ønsket

Rondaplassen er et godt utgangspunkt for korte eller lengre turer i og rundt Rondane nasjonalpark. Det være seg på sykkel, til fots, eller på hesteryggen. Vi bruker naturen rundt Rondaplassen til sykling, vandring, og fiske. Rondane og fjellområdene rundt har inspirert komponister og kunstnere som Edward Grieg og Harald Solberg. Her kan du oppleve Rondane på en unik måte. Uansett hvor du befinner deg er du midt i et fantastisk naturpanorama. Språk som snakkes: Engelsk, Norsk
