The structure, well inserted in the thick Mediterranean vegetation, offers air-conditioned accommodation for 2 to 6 people in various types of apartments; furnished in a basic but functional way, with kitchenette, independent entrance, furnished veranda, bathroom, hairdryer and courtesy service. The accommodations have wi-fi, private parking and an elegant swimming pool.

The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Cottage Donna Pina, Otranto center

Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
