This was an amazing place to stay! The house is very close to everything in Assisi. The rooms were spacious and private and very comfortable. Fabio and his mom were very friendly and covered the check-in in detail with lots of suggestions in the area and making sure we were taken care of well.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Communication with Giulia was always cordial. The check-in and check-out, which her mother took care of, was also straightforward. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description in the advertisement – clean, well-equipped and cozy. We were particularly pleased with the welcome bread and the little things provided, such as coffee, drinking water and milk. A free, locked parking space was also available. The location is easily accessible and is relatively centrally located between the old town of San Marino and the state border - both are within walking distance, although not directly around the corner.

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

Perfect place to stay in centre of an extremely lovely and charming place. Naomi was at the end of the phone when ever we needed her. The house was wonderfull, clean and very well equipped. The only thing I would say is that the stairs are difficult for the elderly but I'm 66 and it was fine. There is ground level sleeping too so it was just perfect.

What a beautiful place! We spend 10 days here and we loved it. The weather was hot, so we spend our time manly outside on the beautiful terrace which has an amazing view. The inside is basic, but has everything you need. It is like spending time at Nonna's .There is plenty of hiking straight from the door. Climbing, canyoning and swimming in the river near by is also at your doorstep. If you are an outdoor lover as we are this place and surroundings are heaven. The owners are very friendly, responsive and very helpful. Thank you our holiday was perfect.

Quiet place, as advertised, clean and tidy. Rita and her husband are very kind and polite people, I can only thank them for the hospitality and courtesy they showed us. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment is right at the main entrance to Assisi. It is quiet, clean, and just the right size for my wife and teenage daughter. The kitchen was clean and had some croissants to eat. Coffee and Moka to make it available. One large bottle of water in the fridge was a relief to have on arrival. While there is no air conditioning, the big stone house stayed cool enough despite 90 degree weather. The fans helped keep it cool enough to sleep. The beds were comfortable enough for us. The bathroom was clean with a rather large shower by Italian standards. Barbara’s dinner recommendations were excellent…we ate at one of them two nights in a row! The apartment is walking distance to every in the centro storico. Overall a clean, private and convenient place to stay whilst in Assisi!

Here's a possible review: Perfect apartment for our family with two young children. The central location and impeccable cleanliness made our stay really pleasant during the Befana event. The house is well organized and equipped with everything you need. If we were to go back to the area, we would definitely choose it again!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Wonderful apartment to stay at, location is perfect as it is close to the historic center but removed enough that it’s quiet. Easy to get to, we came via train and getting from the station with the minimetro to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment itself is stunning, very roomy and the views are incredible. Everything looked just like the description. Mauro was very kind and attentive and helped with bags up the stairs. The snack bar and bottle of prosecco was a nice touch that was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Perugia.

The location of the house is unique, with a wide view of the valley and the mountains. The apartment is lovingly designed and very clean. A narrow street leads to the house. The staff immediately helped us find a bike workshop and announced us. Thank you for that. Breakfast was plentiful and with great views from the terrace. The pool is fantastic, but we didn't use it. All in all perfect. Mille grazie!

I had a thoroughly successful two-week stay in the apartment in Numana. The apartment was very clean, quiet and surrounded by gardens – perfect for relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the morning sunrises on the balcony. The host Simone was extremely friendly and helpful. His tips on the surroundings were very valuable – whether it was beaches, restaurants or excursions into nature. Everything worked smoothly. A big plus for me was the cordoned-off area directly in front of the apartment, where I could safely park my mountain bike. The proximity to the sea was ideal: numerous beautiful beaches were within walking distance, and the towns of Numana and Sirolo also impressed with their charm. For mountain bike fans, the nearby Monte Conero offers fantastic routes and breathtaking views. I highly recommend it and would come back anytime.

Had the most beautiful and lovely time with Carmen and Max in their family home. The grandparents, parents and sons are all so warm, welcoming and inviting and I felt so at home with them. Carmen makes delicious cakes and it’s like a buffet for breakfast! They will take very good care of you the whole time - giving recommendations, making sure you get home safely and chatting to you even if you don’t speak Italian. This was the best time, thank you Carmen and Max!!!!

What a wonderful reception. Maria and Gabriel are extra nice people and even Leila, a sweet and affectionate dog, came to meet us when we arrived. The panorama is breathtaking and so peaceful. The accommodation is very neat and has everything you need. A delicious, freshly made breakfast every morning. A 10 in all areas and we will definitely be back.

It was a very special experience.I chose this amazing cottage among the 6 options, and the one brake that arrived was convinced by the scenery in front of me and it was nicer than on the photos.The host was friendly and had a great chat, the room was also the style I liked, and it was especially clean.Though it was only a short day, I wish I had booked a few more days at that time, and by the end it was very reluctant to check out.Will definitely come back to this nice house next time I'm in Assisi.Looking forward to seeing you next time!

The apartment is very atmospheric, you can feel the Italian atmosphere. Very tidy, clean, well-maintained. Valeria was very helpful, gave us tips for communication around the area and places to visit - I highly recommend staying in this place during your stay in Ancona! The cottage was magical, as well as the beautiful nature in the area. Ideal for a few days if you just want peace and relaxation in nature. Some evenings we had trouble finding an open restaurant, sometimes we couldn't find one, and since there was no kitchen in the cottage, it wasn't pleasant. Vania was very accommodating and kind, and we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast and cleaning during the stay.
