We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I liked how dark we could make the rooms during the night with the electric shutters.

The hosts are very nice people and were very helpful with all the tips on what to visit and how to get there. We felt at home in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, a big plus were two balconies and available deckchairs. It was one of the better equipped apartments we have been to, nothing was missing - in the kitchen, apart from pots, plates or cutlery, there were also basic spices, coffee and tea. The necessary household chemicals were available in the kitchen and bathroom, and the bathroom was also equipped with cosmetics. The location just above the supermarket is a hit, in addition, we were close to the train station and a large bus stop so it was easy to get around the area. We were very pleasantly surprised by the fact that we could check out later on the day of departure. We highly recommend this place to stay! 😊

New very nice place, great location on the beach

Lorena is an exceptional host. Always present and available, he offers valuable advice on the surrounding areas. At check-in we found a bottle of local wine and a homemade jam as a welcome. Both excellent! The house is a stone's throw from the center and the sea. It is equipped with every comfort and is very clean. Comfortable environment, like feeling at home! Marco is a host of extreme kindness and availability. He was always available for any clarification request is very accurate in the information about the house, the location is optimal and parking is also easy to find. In the area there are shops within walking distance and a nice walk along the sea in a very central location. The house is located all on one floor and is equipped with a very nice equipped terrace accessed through a spiral staircase, really delicious! Highly recommend! We stayed a week in this apartment and had a very good time. The accommodation overlooks the seafront, the free beach is a stone's throw away but there are also several bathrooms with deck chairs and umbrellas. We stayed in September and there was always free parking along the street right in front of the entrance. The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything and we were also provided with detergent to use the washing machine. As a welcome we also found a bottle of local white wine, very welcome. The apartment is within walking distance of the center with lots of places to eat and a 5-minute drive to a large supermarket, very convenient! A big plus is the pastry bar right under the house, we always had breakfast there, even with a small discount thanks to Milo! Milo was present but not intrusive and super helpful! In short, perfect. If we return to the area, we will definitely contact him again!

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!

The stay was very pleasant, very clean apartment, comfortable beds, very fast Wi-Fi, very close to the center that can be reached comfortably on foot, about 10 minutes, always free parking in front of the house. A few steps away is the beautiful Abbey of Santa Maria in Castagnola, an architectural Romanesque but within Gothic style, very well preserved. It's worth a visit. More than positive!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

A lovely place nicely tucked up in the hills right at the foot of Rocco Maggiore, just a 5-10 minute walk away from the busier streets below. Cristina the host was very friendly and helpful!

Our stay was fantastic. Our host was full of good information and super kind and on the ball. The appartment is a quick walk from the elevator that takes you up to the old city. Park is right in the street for free or in a parking lot 5min walk. It was perfect for outlr stay.

Short but intense stay, a real shame not to have stayed longer than the three days we had available. The place is lovely, beautiful view, cottage in great condition, top swimming pool. We were not well, very well, even more. The apartment matches the host's description, clean and with everything available. Super pool, practically at our exclusive disposal. Mr. Lino and his wife are reserved, discreet but always ready and helpful. We left a piece of our heart. Congratulations, we hope to return. We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.
