nice apartment..we stayed with 4 elderly, 2 adults with infants..the owner made some adjustment to the balcony so the common space and master bedroom becomes larger..aside from the owner description, 3 extra matress is available..though the water seems to run very slow, overall it was a nice stay..many thanks pak Irwan

The place is good even though the building is quite old.. the wifi is fast. You can netflix the android tv is really ok. You can swim on the beach you can eat while watching.... the bathroom facilities are smooth. There are cooking utensils...but the electric stove sometimes likes errors.. only 1 air conditioning room is not cold. the other room is cold... cozy atmosphere... clean beach there is a clean attendant in the morning.. a lot of sales. It's quite a lot...but what to buy as necessary to help their economy..the pijit pays 20k 30mnt...mayan for ilangin pegel i hope ma'am indy and the guard pak zaki can maintain the maintenance well. we'll definitely come back there again. kids love it. bgt...

Clean, quiet because it's on the top floor so it won't be bothered by surrounding residents who continue to offer their merchandise. Only two points I want to tell the owner for the apt: 1. The air conditioner in the room opposite the bathroom is leaking so we have to accommodate the water with a basin, and that is very disturbing to sleep at night because the water points that fall into the bucket are noisy all night and disturb activities in the room. overall cold air conditioning is fine 2. The water fountain hose for the toilet is almost broken, so it can't be used because it can't be used because of everywhere. That's just a little put in from us. i recommend this apt if anyone wants to rent, it is facing a clean and spacious beach. There are many beds, in front of the guest room there is also a spring bed for those who want to sleep in waves. two sofas can also be used as a bed. Very spacious since it is actually 3 units combined. The actual condition is the same with the pictures. The helper, Pak Jaki is very responsive. Please note that this place is on third floor (2 level after ground).
