Beachfront holiday rental in Serbia

We enjoyed our stay at the Drina enormously and would be happy to come back one day! The outdoor area is huge, plenty of space for families with children to play and the location on the river is picturesque. We didn't miss anything inside and we felt very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and thanks to air conditioning we had it pleasantly cool at night. I highly recommend this place! It was a real highlight on our 2-week Balkan trip!

Friendly and helpful hosts. Great location by the river. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby (try roasted pig at Pečenjara Djordje). Keep in mind there’s some noise from the public road if you stay downstairs. And ask for a fan if it’s hot outside. Also there is cool kayak rental nearby — search for ‘Rafting & Kayaking on Drina’ on Google Maps.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house while celebrating a special occasion over the weekend with a group of friends. The host was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive, always staying in touch (for several weeks before we came and during our stay there) to answer all my questions. The house itself was so nice —thoughtfully decorated with so much love and care. A beautiful nature with the lake close to the backyard, peace and calm. In the house there were a lot of kitchenware enough for the group of people. We were able to spend time both on open air and inside the house, because there is an open kitchen in the yard and amazing veranda inside. It was the perfect setting, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay in Belgrade. My Serbian friends called it the best splav house they ever saw. Very personal and well build interior. Nice terrace. Highly recommend. Be aware about transportation - taxi and delivery is hard to get to this house, and there is 25 min walk to the ada mall, where u can get taxi. Overall - its a very good place, i spent here 2 days with my friends and very thankful to hosts for this opportunity.

Very modern and clean place plus great location!

The beach here is really nice because it offers a variety of different activities. There are spaces that are sandy and walkable for swimming, areas where the kids enjoyed finding shells trying and trying to catch wildlife and it is also a nice place to take out the kayak that is available for rent. The house has lots of space. I really enjoyed the upstairs porch it maintained a nice breeze even on the hottest days. There were a pair of nesting storks we could watch from upstairs (the baby learned to fly during the visit). In the mornings and evenings there are scores of swallows. The kitchen was well stocked. Dragan was able to arrange for us to get laundry pick up and done regularly. There is a waterfront restaurant walking distance from the house. The Eurovelo 6 bike trail crosses nearby. There was a farmers market every Sunday, multiple bakeries, grocery stores and a nice coffee shop/ice cream place within biking distance. We were happy to meet some of Dragan’s family.

Our family was looking for a nice enough place in proximity of our friends and family living in New Belgrade, yet, we found SO MUCH MORE in this gem of a contemporary, tastefully furnished, fully equipped and super "chill" apartment hosted by Stefani. Stefani has a super welcoming and easy-going presence, is prompt and attentive in all means of communicating and delivering, and we could not ask for a better host. There was sweltering heat during the time we spent in Belgrade, yet, this modern apartment's single A/C unit ("klima") offered a full and steady refuge from the relentless high temperatures throughout our 18 days long stay. An amazing abundance of authentic Serbian as well as eclectic food establishments literally steps away from this great apartment made our stay even better. A supermarket, a pharmacy and a convenience store are within this building, a large New Belgrade green market is only a 5 minute walk away, Hleb i Kifle (Bread and Croissants) is across the street, and even more wonderful pastries and fresh bread were available many places nearby. And there was so much more... It has been a great pleasure and joy staying at Stefani's place and we are sure we will come back.

Zoran was a great host! Even though we didn’t get to meet in person, the communication was constant and easy. The place was easy to find, and the interior was tasteful, blending modern comfort with practicality.

Nice villa , we stayed in the new one near the pool . The place has a relaxing atmosphere with a lot of green around and a beautiful pool . The room was clean, Ac work good , tv , small bathroom but for a short stay there’s no problem, good shower, nice balcony. The restaurant, maybe the best in the area, good food , large portions, excellent for the money , good caffe , the staff verry polite and trying to understand our needs in order to rezolve it as soon as possible! Overall I recommend this place !

Siniša and his wife (Gyöngyi) are great hosts, I am very grateful for their hospitality, flexibility and helpfulness. The house and the garden are beautiful, it is right at lakeside, but they have their own pool and sauna too. Clean, nice place, totally recommended. We are already planning to go back next year or so.

We loved everything! The location is great: the bus stop is 5 minutes from the house and Lake Palić is 2 minutes from the house. The house was clean and tidy. In general, everything was as described and as pictured. We also used a comfortable grill with a grille and coals. It is worth noting that there are other apartments on the second floor of the house (we were surprised by this), but we practically did not overlap with the guys who stayed there.

Bojan is a great host and was extremely helpful and nice. The place is immaculate and the pier on the Danube River is a dream for anyone who enjoys a nice quiet place to say and overlook the river.

Nice flat close to the centre of the city. The host answer very fast, no issues with check in and check out. The interior of the flat is quite interesting.

Great host, very clean, great value for money :) Got exactly what I was looking for from an apartment for a short stay!

Great peaceful escape from Belgrade. Beautifully designed and simple home with great views of the river. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Only down side would be the massive stray dogs that tend to come around when you leave or arrive. That isn’t the fault of the owner but something needs to be done about them nevertheless.

This was the best vacation spot we could have hoped for! The cozy riverside house gave us a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the early morning, people would quietly row along the calm river — the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. During the day, ducks and even swans would swim up to us, and we could interact with them, which made the experience even more special. We were filled with positive emotions and completely relaxed. The house was clean and very cozy. In the evenings, when it got a bit chilly, the electric heater and air conditioner kept us warm and comfortable. The host was very thoughtful — the fridge was stocked with a variety of drinks. A huge thank you for such a warm welcome! We’d love to come back again ❤️

Very nice and cozy house with private territory. Next to water with fantastic view. House is absolutely as on photo, very clean and warm. Nice place to stay for weekend or more. 10 km by the Danube bank from Golubac fortress. We took bikes and ride there. Bozidar is very nice host. We would come once again definitely. Book with confident. Highly recommended.

Everything was beautiful. Dusan is a so friendly and helpful and also in the home everything was perfect and enough for us. Home was clean and it's near the Sava river so you can go to walk near the river. Actually house's place is perfect for Belgrade's most popular places. If you want to visit Belgrade or have a beautiful holiday you have to choose this home. Thank you Dusan for everything ⭐️
