You can witness a sunrise or sunset in the garden, on the terrace or at the end of the pier. At night, you will encounter the view of the strait offered by the lights of the opposite shore by the fire.

Ormanyaya 4 dakika mesafedeyiz. Sapanca gölüne yürüme süresi olarak 4-5 dakika. Bahçemizde ateş çukuru, ısıtmalı havuz, çardak ve barbekümüz mevcuttur. Alanımız tamamen sizleri özeldir ve kimse sizleri göremez. Evimizin alt kat kısmı 9 metre uzunluk 2.55 genişliktir odalarımız ise 3x3 metredir. Not: Jakuzi kaldırıldı.

Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca Lake and has a lake view and a heated pool. At the same time, we have fireplaces on our porch and for the house. It is 800 meters from Eşme city center. It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.
