Khairul place is spacious and the view is very good since it's located on the highest floor of the apartment. We appreciate the availability of washing machine and dryer. There is actually a connecting unit which can accommodate another 2 people. So if there are six of you, you can rent both unit and stay together. Beds and pillows are clean and comfortable.

overall is good. toys to keep my toddler busy and happy. washing machine with dryer very convenient. near to highway. not many nearby shops available. buy your snacks/drinks beforehand. other than that, nothing to complain about.

I absolutely loved everything about this unit. From the thoughtful use of pastel & bold colors to the well-planned furniture layout, every detail felt intentional & stylish. The unit had a fresh, new smell & I truly appreciated the considerate touches for guests like the first aid kit, a generous supply of face masks & assorted paper bags. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to Alamanda Mall 👍🏻

5 stars for the place and for the host. The host is very attentive and able to provide great guidance for us to check in. The place is very near with the ioi mall and conezion, thus it makes it easier to find food.

Let me tell you, this unit is probably one of the best in Blue Lagoon Condominium. Why? Because the house have two balconies, at the front where you can see the swimming pool and kids having fun and at the back, where you can just sit and just chilling, enjoying the sea view and sunset. First day of me checking-in here, I've encountered problems but the host is quick to solve the problems. I love the interior and decorations of the house, the sofas are okay-ish. It's not the most modern looking comparing to the other Airbnb units I've been since the condo building itself is old but cleanliness? It's in my top list. Toilet is very, very clean and feels so comfortable. The host is very responsive, understanding and helpful.

To those who seeks comfort feels like home and the 'hotel' like, this is it! not only the home was in prisitine condition, they are well equipped just like what a Home Stay should be - but this time it comes with standard with the host. Great stay! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy access to most shops and restaurants. Walking distance to The Mines. Some of the apartment facilities are a bit old, but acceptable. Overall, everything is good, but some kitchen appliances need to be replaced.

The house is clean and condusive. I like the decoration. Simple and yet luxurious. Highly recomended. The owner provide very clear instuction to check in.

Clean, New House, Clean carpet, Clean bed. No rubbish, easy to communicate

Host is great & responsive. Since the unit is at the Ground level so it is an easy access to the the beach and pool. Building quite old but the interior is well taken care of. May repeat staying here if coming to PD again. The unit is comfortable enough for small family members. Having 2nd bathroom (without wc) is a relief too (original unit has only 1 bathroom) it really helps!!
