We had the best time at this villa! Everything about it was just perfect. The space is beautifully designed, with such great taste in decor—it feels cozy, stylish, and really well thought-out. You can tell a lot of care went into the layout, because everything just flows and works so well, whether you’re chilling in the living room, cooking together in the kitchen, or lounging outside. The bathrooms were a real highlight too—modern, clean, and super comfortable, with great water pressure (which is always a bonus!). We especially loved how each room had its own vibe while still keeping that cohesive, laid-back luxury feel. Breakfasts were a dream—fresh, tasty, and the perfect way to start the day. Sitting out in the morning sun with coffee and good food was honestly one of our favorite moments each day. We came as a group of friends and had such a memorable stay. Wayan and his wife are great. Always responds and swiftly. Is proactive where necessary. Admire his alertness without being intrusive. Kept everything in order without asking. So always, every moment tidy and clean. The stay was a hit for us as a family. Each family has its own cottage and a shared kitchen with a large dining table. Swimming pool nice a little cold because there was a lot of rain and it fell at night. Wayan is an excellent driver and a great dancer😉. If possible, we would like to come back. The place was exactly as pictured! beautiful and surrounded by alot of greenary! Ketut was incredibly nice. He brought us umbrellas to the entrance when we came out of our gojek as it was pouring rain late at night. His entire family qas very welcoming & breakfast was also delicious!

The property is awesome. Very spacious and beautiful, with a view of rice fields all around. For people who want a peaceful place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is it! Dont look any further. Mr. Ngakan was super-helpful - got us whatever we needed, including local transport, helped us plan for sightseeing. His wife made us a delicious dinner spread. The breakfast that was included in the package was awesome as well. Probably one of my best airbnb experiences. 10 on 10.

Don’t think you can do justice to this place with words alone. Kate’s place is one of the most beautiful airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. The aesthetic, design and overall vibe is next level! Beautiful artefacts, furnishings and decor from around world, stylish furniture and considered spaces. From the comfortable bed, to the outdoor shower surrounded by thriving plants, through to outdoor lounge area - there is joy found throughout. Could not recommend this place enough.

It was cozy and full of hospitality. During our visit, there was balck out whole of Bali Island and unfortunately we could not use both electricity and warter. It was beyond their control but host gave us update accordingly although it was mid- night and tried to make us relax. Hopefully the electricity and water were back after few hours and after that we stayed in cozy and relax home. I definitely recommend to all of Bali lovers.

We did deal with Aaron but had the lovely Kadek look after us for the whole stay. He was local informative, friendly, always on hand and nothing was ever too much to ask. The house seemed a bit worn in areas which didn't reflect the pictures directly. That being said our whole experience once settled in was one to be remembered. The staff were super friendly, food was amazing, clothes cleaned, ironed and given back daily. The security 24 hours made us feel safe. The house staff were always around to call upon and our little girl (3 years old) was made to feel like a princess. We feel we have made friends with Kadek (house manager) and Made (transport) who we will stay in contact with. Me and my partner are staying on for an extra week else where and have Made as our private Chaffeur all week 😍 Thank you for the memories

Made and David make us feel like home, lovely host, friendly and always paying attention if wee need anything. Location is great, in the heart of Canggu, plenty of shops and restaurants around. Villa is clean with a nice pool. Strongly recommended!!

Made is a super friendly host who we saw every morning on our way out. He always checked on how everything was going. Made was always responsive to any questions we had or any requests we had. This villa was in a peaceful location and about a 30 minute walk to the Ubud town centre. We loved the showers that were outdoors yet still private. Made provided lots of breakfast options which were all good.

It was one of the best experiences of my entire trip. The host was great and charming, she was attentive to me at all times. The house is simply breathtaking.

Romain is so kind. We had to cancel due to my partner severely spraining her ankle and could not use the steps. Romain gave the locals one night payment as they would lose our business, and refunded the rest. We will be back next year to enjoy this spectacular space. Very kind and real host!

What can I say about Sunset Sala? Except beautiful beautiful beautiful. Anyone who rubbishes this place needs to have their head red. The people who run. It are the absolute salt of the Earth beautiful down to earth caring and nurturing people. You will find anywhere on the planet. This is my fifth return to this place in about 15 years and I will always come back. It has never changed except just improved. These treat you people like family and will always have a special place in my heart.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Gorgeous room and really lovely staff. We loved the hammock and the net platform area, which the staff supplied a doona for and it really extended the outdoor living area. Food was good and not overly expensive (there’s nowhere else to go nearby) with a choice of room service or restaurant dining. The hot stone massage was outstanding!

I stayed with Nyoman and his family for nearly 3 weeks. My stay was fantastic in every way. The villa was very comfortable, really clean and a stones throw from the oceon. The villa location was in front of Nyomans family compound and so provided a wonderful opportunity to learn about local village life and also an incredibly peaceful, secluded space as required. Nyoman has been instrumental in the local coral regeneration program and of course fishes. Opportunities to snorkel or scuba dive, go out fishing and or see dolphins AND learn about coral regeneration abound. I loved my experiences of all of it! The village also makes salt traditionally along the shore line. Made, Nyomans wife, is a wonderful cook and works at the local cooking school. There is a warung /restaurant 3 minutes walk away offering great vegetarian and vegan options. A perfect stay with an authentic, caring, wonderful family in every way and highly recommended. We stayed as a family of 9 adults and 2 children and we had a great time! The villa was beautiful and we had enough space for all of us. Eka and the rest of the staff were very kind and prepared delicious breakfasts for us everyday. We would love to come back!

Great stay although was only for 3 nights as we travelled around Bali. Such a wonderful property and grounds with an amazing sea view vista to wake up to. The pool and gardens are very well looked after and all the staff were really nice, caring and went out of their way to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Boat trip to see dolphins with pick up from the front of the house by boat was excellent - swimming with the dolphins was an amazing experience. It's a shame the beach does have a lot of rubbish that gets washed up but this is a wider Bali issue not unique to this area. This didn't detract from what was an amazing stay. Thank you all

We loved this stay. It was very relaxing and close to the beach! The host and staff were super helpful and responsive. I highly recommend the lovina beach dolphin activity and eat at the Nalika Beach Resort ❤️❤️❤️ I would totally stay here again.

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful and tastefully furnished villa! Warmly welcomed by the good souls of the house, we were also pampered in the next few days with kindness, helpfulness and great food. The garden is wonderfully maintained, the huge pool crystal clear and clean - we didn't want to leave at all. The beach was also unusually clean, so we could swim in the sea. Many thanks to Komang, Fitri, Gede, Manas and the whole team for the wonderful time!

nice place！ I’ll back again

We stayed here for almost a month and it was a great choice. We had been traveling for two months before this location and we wanted some peace and quiet and a relaxing space. That is exactly what we got. The house is beautiful and the staff amazing. One of the features of this house is that the staff will cook for you. Well, we tried all the Balinese dishes and then some, and everything was so good I wish I could take Ilou and Putu home with me. After eating out for two months it was nice to have home cooked meals made from scratch. The staff really took good care of us and we will miss them. If you are looking for a nice peaceful relaxing space, this is definitely the place for you. :))

The villa is breathtaking! The pictures do not give it justice! It is absolutely stunning in every aspect! Attention to details is impeccable. Must say we rented both Villas (Villa Buddha and Villa Samora) that are adjacent to each other and the overall compound made it seem even more beautiful and unique. We had 21 people for both villas staying comfortable however pay attention to the Balinese style open ceiling description of the bedrooms if you are looking for complete privacy. Monique is an amazing host and the stuff is unbelievable! They made our event unforgettable! Can’t be more grateful and would not hesitate to come back and recommend to anyone this paradise experience.

Absolutely loved this villa! Beautiful location and gardens - plenty of space. Staff were amazing and helped us arrange excellent snorkelling and fishing trips (collection from the beach directly in front of the villa being an extra bonus!). Food was absolutely delicious. A huge thanks to the team - we are already looking forward to planning a return trip!
