The place was very clean with a nice view. The bathroom and kitchen very clean. The location was close to the beach. The host was also very friendly and helped us with an early check-in and late check-out. A very good place to stay for a reasonable price.

Stayed for a week here and it was beautiful and very comfortable, it's right next to the beach. There were a few nice restaurants around and a doable market too. My host ritu saved the day with recommendations, can't thank her enough.

Mr Emiliano and family, who were always present around the property and their accompanying restaurant, made every effort to engage with guests, get to know them, and assist with travel plans. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay was truly commendable, as they eagerly sought suggestions for improvement. The staff went above and beyond, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The combination of a beautiful apartment and such attentive hosts made my experience unforgettable. Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

It's really nice place for couples to stay. Host is very supportive and friendly. i would recomend everyone to check this property when you are in Goa, Majorda.

We had a pleasant stay at Oscar's place. It's in a peaceful locality and close enough to the Betalbatim Beach to walk to. The property was as described in the listing and in good condition. Oscar is a courteous host and prompt in his responses.

Ahh where do I start! House is soooo beautiful that it takes you a second to absorb the beauty. It’s extremely clean with a breathtaking view. It’s exactly like the pictures. The host is very gracious and helpful. Would recommend it everyone especially girls travelling alone. It’s very safe. Definitely coming back soon.

We arrived late at night, but thanks to her clear guidance on how to get there and check in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. She even stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in comfortably and recommended some great restaurants and experiences. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds.
