The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is completely fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Thank you and I will return in the future :)

Giuliano’s home in São Paulo is located in the heart of the most popular, artistic and musical area, with ease access to so many cultural adventures! Me and my family loved that part! And felt specially lucky to be able to explore Villa Madalena from this very beautiful house. Giuliano’s house is very ample, well equipped and has all the features to make one feel very comfortable . I stayed in his house for 8 nights with my family and felt like I had a home in São Paulo. I got to cook everyday to my family, to enjoy the company of many friends and family members that had access to stop by and visit us, and enjoyed specially the backyard with so many sweet features, my favorite the hammock and the garden ! I recommend Giuliano’s farm inspired house to all looking for a pleasant and relaxed home experience in São Paulo !

Grace is an excellent host. From the beginning, with great communication, he sent us explanatory videos of the way, how to enter the place, tips on what we could do. When we arrived at the place, she was pestering us not to receive her in person. As we got on the bus, there was a delicious smell. Everything is arranged and cared for in the smallest details. We had an issue with the power outage, but we were promptly in contact to be able to resolve it as quickly as possible. And on top of that, it increased our check-out time due to what happened. If you are looking for a quiet, well-kept, comfortable and receptive place, I recommend it with my eyes closed

We had a wonderful family holiday!! Maria was very solicitor and friendly from the beginning. The house is great, very well decorated and clean, 4 spacious suites, all with air conditioning; very smelling bedding; well-equipped kitchen; 2 refrigerators and a freezer to accommodate all the food, clean and air-conditioned pool- which made everyone enter even with fresh weather, 3 delicious hammocks to rest enjoying the garden and the tranquillity of the neighborhood... A show! Ademais, Maria is super concerned about our well-being!! There was a short period of 2 hours that we ran out of light in the neighborhood, sent msg to her the night on the holiday and she promptly contacted CPFL and did not sustain until the light came back, super proactive! It also indicated Bruna to help us with breakfast and lunch preparations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will return with ctz!

This was one of the best stays I've ever had! I had very cold days, the heater and bathrobe provided by Aline were very useful at night. I had planned to cook during my stay and I found all the utensils I needed, the kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom was also one of the differentials, it is very large and has a wonderful shower. My only point of attention was regarding the lighting of the condominium, I had difficulties finding the house in the dark, I recommend that you check in earlier and when leaving, I left a light on to facilitate access to the house. Aline was a very attentive, polite and helpful host, gave tips on places to visit, helped me solve a problem I had here on the platform and helped with driver referrals. They were incredible days with a lot of nature, silence, comfort and even a visit from a marmoset.

Simply great! The house offers a very pleasant environment for a family or friends getaway. Super well-equipped, comfortable, cozy and beautiful! Communication with Rafael and Raquel was great, they were always available with a huge willingness! The beach tennis court is very good and the sand is better than many courts out there. Everything is very well taken care of. The heated pool was successfully used by adults and children. The additional services offered are excellent! We recommend the barbecue, pizza night and the housekeeper, who cooks very well! Super discreet and makes the experience even better. Our experience at the house was impeccable! I hope to be able to return in the near future again. We highly recommend the farm!

The roof deck was a huge plus and it was easy to walk around from this location.

We were in a group of 19 people, Renata was always very helpful and we want to leave a highlight to Vanessa and her husband, they were very attentive! The house is wonderful, we love the period we spend there. Quiet place to relax. Super recommend!

The stay at Lílian and Eduardo's place was great. The house was very clean, organized and very equipped. The gourmet area is delicious and cozy. There is a convivial area with pergolated and flowers. The pool was clean. A place connected with nature. We love the days! I hope to come back!

I recommend absurdly the stay at the Mauricio residence, as well as the place to be described (Cozy, quiet and a great location) the host is very good and I request. For us the stay was wonderful and mainly due to Mauricio, who is a complete host, as it made us very comfortable. Before the trip he told us several places and during the stay he kept in touch always trying to help us if there were any problems or questions with the stay (which did not occur at any time). It was all perfect, the house is very comfortable, mainly because it has a wooded farm (in addition to having a few feet that Mauricio cultivates of fruits and seasonings) brings this contact with nature, especially for those looking for a quiet and quiet environment, this house meets expectations.
