Holiday rentals with a patio in Serra Negra

We loved our stay! Jorge is always very helpful, very pleasant and beautiful environment. Good location that allowed us to do several tours. We'll definitely be back!

My stay was excellent! The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The whole town was clean, organized and very cozy. The environment was comfortable and quiet, ideal for relaxing and enjoying leisure with the family, a delightful condominium, with courts, swimming pool, game room, I don't even need to say that the kids enjoyed it a lot. We were very well received, the reception boy was very polite and kind, Natália the host, always very communicative, polite and kind. Anyway, the whole process went perfectly, from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend it and come back!" Note: it is about 10 minutes by car from the city center.

The apartment was neatly clean and organized, exactly as described in the Airbnb listing. The location is great, with a stunning panoramic view. We stayed only for one night, but we love the experience and certainly want to go back. Mr. Cid was an exceptional host and greeted us with great cordiality.

Great location, very safe with 24-hour concierge, great spaces to enjoy the day, very quiet, covered garage and everything matches the ad. Everything is clean and quiet for sleeping.

Our stay in Val's apartment (with Bruno's top support) was simply wonderful! From the first contact, we felt that we were in good hands. Super attentive, they responded quickly and made us feel very comfortable. The apartment is a charm! Very clean, organized and with that touch of affection that makes us feel at home. Quiet environment… perfect for relaxing. The location also helped a lot — close to the center, but still with a peace that only the countryside provides. Val was super sweet and Bruno gave great tips on what to do there. I recommend it with my eyes closed! If you're going to Serra Negra and want a cozy place with really nice hosts, this is the right choice. We already want to go back!

The apartment is well located, right in the city center and close to everything. It is spacious, well-equipped and everything was clean. Communication with the host was always very easy. I recommend and we will be back for sure!

Very beautiful condominium with several options for activities, courts, swimming pool, saunas, etc. The apartment is spacious, very clean, organized and very close to delicious restaurants. Mr. Élcio is very helpful and responds promptly. We like it very much. If a suggestion is possible, putting a water filter would be very useful.

Wonderful place! No words to describe my stay, the host responded extremely quickly and was very proactive. Impeccable accommodation, I found the place very clean and organized. The only detail for hot people like me, bring a fan because in the hot season it is a little complicated due to the lack of air conditioning, but other than that I don't see any other negative points, for those who want to spend a weekend away from the madness of the city this is the perfect place, waking up to the sound of birds such as: parrots, woodpeckers and others, without the noise of horns or cars and no sound of motorcycles. 10/10! I recommend it!

Our stay at Juliana's place was very good she always responded very quickly to messages. We were greeted with a great afternoon café, by Dona Marli very kind. The house was impeccable better than in the pictures, full kitchen and the hot shower, we took our puppy who had fun in the backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet, easy access and a 15-minute drive to the center. We love to be back.

Amazing house, beautiful view where you could see the sunrise and sunset. The place accommodated 4 people comfortably, kitchen area and barbecue all equipped, beautiful pool. I recommend and intend to return soon

Apartment very well located, in a green and quiet area, but a few minutes by car from the center of Serra Negra. Great for resting and at the same time enjoying the city's attractions during the day.

Our stay was fantastic! The condominium is very close to the main street and, as it has a private garage, we were able to do everything on foot. Close to bars, restaurants and the city's main square. The apartment is impeccable! Very well equipped, we didn't miss anything else. Cozy, with very new and fragrant towels and bedding, it felt like we were in our own home. A great place to rest after a long day in the city. Maricy is very attentive and welcomed us with great affection, always very concerned with the smallest details. I hope to return soon!

Clean and organized property, well located, especially for those who want to shop without using a car. All close and easy to access.

Hotel very well located. We love walking around the Lagoa do Cavalinho Branco which is in front of the hotel. In addition, we walked to the Ademar de Barros square. Everything is close by. We also love the Fazenda Morro Pelado, where my daughter had fun with the attractions and had a delicious food from the countryside. We'll be back soon.
