Cristiane was a very pleasant host and always responded quickly to messages. The apartment is well located, with easy access to Alto and bus stops to the center. The space is well distributed, with hot and cold air conditioning working perfectly, all taps with gas-heated water and good kitchen utensils. The building offers a game room with ping-pong, foosball and pool, as well as a sauna and whirlpool. Regarding the whirlpool, it is worth checking in advance the days on which the cleaning is done, as it occurs on specific days of the week and, depending on the time, it may not be in the best conditions for use. In addition, it is not heated.

I was 4 per day (Quinta a segunda) Good location, tidy and clean apartment, free parking, restaurants and etc The only problem is the non-conflexibility of the checkout that must be done at noon at noon. I left at 12 noon on Monday and went to another accommodation nearby.

The apartment is very well located in a quiet and pleasant environment with many amenities. Nicole and Elder provided several treats such as coffee capsules, coffee powder, sugar and other things. Small kitchen with all the essentials that allows you to prepare a small meal. I highly recommend the apartment.

My wife and I had a great experience with the accommodation. Mrs. Cristina is to be congratulated, we were well received! The room is extremely clean, super fragrant! We went on 06/15 and it was a nice cold, but inside the room it was so cozy, super soft duvet that made the night super pleasant. Apart from the pampering, it cooperated even more to make everything even better! I highly recommend it and we are already organizing ourselves to go again.

It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was very peaceful, bed and bath linens very well cared for, I am allergic to smells, I felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a super host! We'll be back for sure.

Granja Brasil complete condominium, quiet, pleasurable, coffeemaker, restaurants in the space itself facilitates a lot. Simple, easy and uncomplicated check in and check out. Andrea's accommodation is beautiful, clean and organized! A beautiful decoration, you don't even want to leave! Everything is very comfortable and very clean! Very well equipped with coffee maker, stove, sandwich maker, microwave and even air fryer! She pays attention to the smallest details! I found a box with a needle and thread (which saved me) and a first aid kit with a blood pressure monitor! In one of the rooms, she made sure to leave comics and games like Uno and dominoes, as well as a blanket specifically for children. I found a wealth of details.... In every accommodation there are information and instruction signs. The condominium is beautiful and has a wonderful structure. The doormen and staff in general are polite, receptive and helpful. Andrea gave us tips on how to enjoy the region, restaurants and tours within our family setting. It's a spectacle in everything! We'll definitely be back!

The house is great! Totally spacious and cozy! I spent my birthday with family and the stay was perfect! The house was all clean and had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen/house in general. They had games available, a projector to watch movies on the outdoor screen, among other things. 10/10 :)

I and my family love to spend the weekend enjoying the chill of the mountain with comfort and tranquility. The house is complete, very clean and well organized, according to the photos. We had a wonderful stay! The house is super comfortable, spacious, well equipped and exactly like in the pictures, but what really surprised us was the structure of the condominium. The site is safe, well taken care of and offers a complete infrastructure to relax and have fun: heated swimming pool, sports courts, gym, leisure area and entertainment for children. The countryside is quiet, perfect for those looking for rest, but with entertainment options for the whole family. We will definitely return and recommend to anyone who wants to combine comfort, leisure and practicality in one place!
