This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. A truly magical and unique stay in a castle apartment. After 24 days exploring the beauty of Italy, our arrival at Simone's third floor apartment in the village was breathtaking. This truly magnificent setting, nestled within a castle, immediately enveloped us in a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself is not only beautifully appointed and meticulously cared for, but also boasts spectacular views across the mountain range that invited us to sit for hours, simply unwinding and soaking in the tranquility. While we ventured down the mountain a few times, we found ourselves drawn to the gentle rhythm of morning and evening walks, always culminating in a visit to the piazza to once again marvel at the stunning views Simone, our host, is simply the most considerate and attentive host I have encountered in 15 years of travel. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation! From the moment we arrived, Michela, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with extra blankets when the weather turned colder. The house itself exceeded all of our expectations – it was even better than we could have dreamed! Everything was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the location was just perfect for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to come back again!

We cannot express how much we loved our stay at Saverio’s. It was absolutely PERFECT! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The home itself was beautiful in construction, clean, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including little extras like fresh coffee, teas, local advertisements for restaurants, and also recommended the local grocery for toiletries or food items. Saverio’s home couldn’t be in a better location, tucked in a charming part of the countryside with views that will take your breath away and make you fall in love with this part of Italy. Even being out-of-town, you are close to everything. The town of Magione has a wonderful and friendly restaurant with fantastic pizza and entrees- I Cento Passi. Saverio, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we are grateful for the experience.

Paradise 💎 Francesca‘s place is just perfect for a relaxed holiday under the Italien sun! Francesca is a very kind, generous and helpful hostess. She welcomed us into her home way before checkin time and showed us all around her place. She made sure that we felt welcome. During our stay she assisted us with any help we needed. Grazie mille cara Francesca! We spent a lot of time at the pool, enjoyed the gym and tree house and held our regular billiard tournaments. The accommodation is very well equipped and thoughtfully furnished -we didn’t miss a thing! We can recommend staying with Francesca wholeheartedly and cannot wait to come back! ♥️

To assess this property, we must start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until the departure; always attentive, very kind and very professional. It is a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives value to the application. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and tranquility of the place, it was not difficult for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, all very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is a unique experience. Thank you Maurizio.

Ideal suite for those who want to escape from the city and immerse themselves in the greenery of the Marche. The design of the structure is well-finished and suitable for every comfort. The central pool is the highlight of the house, the view of the hills is the crowning glory.

This house with the surrounding garden, embedded in a dreamlike landscape, is an absolute paradise. The garden is huge, beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. The view is breathtaking and we have taken daily hiking trips and bike tours directly from the house. The peace and quiet is incredible, you can usually only hear birds and when it gets dark, the nightingale. The house itself also leaves nothing to be desired. Extremely clean, including in the cupboards and drawers. Everything you need is there, but (despite very tasteful decoration) not overcrowded. Just right and everything is very high quality. Super comfortable bed & sofa and beautiful bathroom. Veronica is an outstanding host and her mother (who welcomed us) is very sympathetic. We received gifts directly from the garden and Veronica is responsive and extremely courteous in communication. You can tell from the beginning to the end how much love is in this house.
